Wife Strips Her Husband & His Mistress After She Caught Them Cheating [Photos]

This is a whole new one! LOL. Footage has emerged showing the moment a cheating husband and his mistress were stripped naked and tied to a tree by his furious wife.

The woman allegedly frogmarched the couple into the street before trussing them up in front of a jeering crowd as punishment for the affair.

In the clip, a crowd is seen gathering around the pair in the Mingtian area of China’s Guizhou Province.

Police officers appear to do nothing as onlookers point and laugh and the topless woman desperately tries to preserve her modesty with her hands.

Local media reported the man’s wife, who has not been identified, had caught him cheating on her with his mistress and forced them both to strip n-ked before marching them to the local square.

The Huishui county public security bureau confirmed the incident took place.

A preliminary probe concluded that the man’s wife had taken “drastic measures” with the help of her family after what is described as an “emotional dispute”.

It is unclear if any arrests were made.

Kano Woman Allegedly Pushes Husband To Death After Suspecting He Was On Phone With Girlfriend

The Police in Kano State on Tuesday arrested a housewife, Rashida Muhammad, in Dorayi Quarters for allegedly pushing her husband to his death on the stairs.

The command’s Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police Abdullahi Haruna, confirmed the incident in Kano State to the News Agency of Nigeria. Haruna said the incident occurred on February 25, at 8 p.m.

He said that Rashida who suspected her husband, “Adamu Ali” was having a phone conversation in the room with his girlfriend, engaged him in a fight.

He said a fight had ensued when the wife attempted to snatch the phone from her husband.

The PPRO alleged that Rashida pushed her husband during a struggle from the stairs to his death.

Haruna, who said that the victim was confirmed dead at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, added that the command has commenced an investigation in the matter.

He said the suspect would be charged to court after investigation into the matter is completed.

Man Jailed For Beating Pregnant Girlfriend To Death

An FCT High Court in Apo, on Tuesday, sentenced one Clement James to ten years in prison for beating his pregnant girlfriend, Gladys Gabriel, to death.

Justice Angela Otaluka while delivering judgment, said: “I have considered the plea in mitigation by the learned counsel to the convict.

“The convict is a young man but I hope that after serving the jail term he will have more respect for women.’’

Considering the fact that a pregnant woman is a ticking time boom that can explode at any time, engaging her in a fight is bad.

“The convict also has no prior criminal record. Having weighed all these factors, this sentence in these circumstances is one that achieves a noble goal of deterrence and reformation of the convict.

“After this sentence, I hope the defendant will have respect for women and this will also serve as deterrence to the society.

“I hereby sentence the convict to a term of ten years imprisonment with no option of fine from the period while he was undergoing trial inclusive.

James, 29, of Sherriti Kabusa, Apo, FCT, was arraigned on August 9, 2016, on a charge of culpable homicide.

The prosecutor, Mr Kufreabasi Ebong, told the court that the defendant during an argument with his deceased pregnant girlfriend pushed her after beating her.

He said she died in the hospital on that day from the injuries she suffered during the beating.

He said the offence contravened the provisions of Sections 224 of the Penal Code Law.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the offence.

Soulja Boy Tattoos Blac Chyna’s Name On His Arm Despite Breakup!!!

This Soulja boy is thirsty! Lol. Although their union lasted just a few weeks, and even though the two appear to have exchanged some words afterwards, Soulja Boy did in fact have some ‘feelings’ for Blac Chyna.

The Internet is split over a photograph of the back of Big Draco's arm, which is inked with the name "Chyna" in big script letters, and is positioned next to a rose.

According to chatter, he got the tat for Valentine's Day.

Chyna and Soulja reportedly broke up last week after about a two-week whirlwind romance. He stated via Twitter that he was interested in seeing what s*x with her was like; the tweet has since been deleted. He later tweeted that he was hacked by Blac Chyna. After word of their split got out, Chyna put the rapper on blast, reportedly calling him "immature" and "thirsty."

News of their relationship swirled during Grammy Weekend, when they were seen at various events together. The "Crank Dat" rapper also posted videos of Chyna during their hangout sessions.

Seriously? INEC Returning Officer Gets Drunk On Duty

The INEC Electoral Officer in Bokkos Local Government of Plateau, Mr Salihu Adamu Musa, on Monday apologised over the “shameful” behaviour of a drunk Returning Officer deployed to the area.

Mr Musa was queried by APC Collation Officer in Pankshin, Mr Emmanuel Bok, who wanted to know why the returning officer deployed to the area was not the person declaring the results of elections for Bokkos.

Musa, in his explanation, told the party agents, observers and INEC officials that the Returning Officer, a university lecturer, was drunk on Sunday and was sacked when he could not perform his duty.

“The Returning Officer’s attitude was appalling; he was drunk and couldn’t do anything at all. I took over the job based on instructions from the INEC headquarters in Jos,” Musa explained.

Musa apologised to the election officials on behalf of the electoral body, and promised that the situation would not repeat itself.

Ex-INEC Chairman Arrested, Detained By EFCC

Security operatives have arrested former chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Maurice Iwu. Family sources said Iwu was arrested in Owerri, the Imo State capital on Sunday and whisked away to Lagos.

The source said the security operatives came from Port Harcourt and linked up with the Imo State Commissioner of Police, who telephoned Prof Iwu and invited him to Owerri.

When Iwu came for the meeting, he was whisked away.

The operatives took him to the office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Lagos. It was gathered that in Lagos, Prof Iwu was interrogated, release and asked to report back today.

On reporting today at the EFCC office in Lagos, Iwu was taken into custody, with his phones impounded and switched off. He is yet to be released.

When EFCC spokesman, Tony Orilade, was contacted on the development, he denied the story.

Panic As Hoodlums Set INEC Office In Imo On Fire

Political thugs on Sunday night set ablaze the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.

It was learnt that the thugs working for one of the strong politicians in the area accused INEC officials of colluding with others to manipulate the collation of results.

The INEC office was set ablaze shortly after the collated result from the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area for Okigwe North Federal Constituency election had been moved out of the electoral commission’s office to Owerri.

An eyewitness told The Punch that security men could not stop the thugs.

The source said, “Thugs belonging to one of the candidates accused INEC officials of altering the results of polling units at the collation centre and in anger, they set the INEC office ablaze.”

The state Commissioner of Police, Dasuki Galadanchi, who confirmed the incident, said investigation into the arson had commenced.

Ngige Cries Out: Buhari Was Rigged Out In Anambra

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, has threatened to sue the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over the defeat of President Muhammadu Buhari in some parts of Anambra State in the Saturday’s poll.

Ngige, who's Buhari's agent, faulted the results declared.

While saying the final results declared by the electoral body did not tally with the results collated in polling units and wards in the areas, Ngige called for the withdrawal of the results.

He said if the results were not withdrawn, he would challenge the declaration in court. He said the results declared by INEC was a total breach of the Electoral Act.

“I’m going to challenge these results in court if INEC does not handle this complaints well by ordering a fresh poll in the areas,” the minister said.

Ngige added that card readers failed to work in the area during the elections. “I am calling for the outright cancellation of the presidential election in the Idemili North and Idemili South Local Government Areas or I will take up the matter in court,” he said.

US Warns Against Announcing False Election Results

The United States (US) Ambassador to Nigeria, W. Stuart Symington, has commended Nigerians for their conduct during the election on Saturday. He cautioned parties against jumping the gun to announce results before INEC, the body statutorily backed to do so.

The statement reads: “I congratulate the tens of millions of Nigerians who stood patiently in long lines to vote this week and the hundreds of thousands who worked together with INEC to conduct the elections.

“As noted by many observer groups in their preliminary reports, this election was predominantly peaceful, and it was proof of the Nigerian people’s resolute commitment to choose their leaders.

“The peaceful achievement of millions was shadowed by the violence of a few. We extend our deepest sympathy to the families of those who lost their lives, and we urge all candidates to honor the Peace Accord they signed.

“All should convince those who support them to refrain from using force or violence to interfere with INEC. No one should break the law by announcing results before INEC does, or break the peace by claiming victory before the results are final. Everyone has a common interest in showing patience as INEC collates and announces the election results.”

Political Thugs Beat Up Traders, Destroy Shops In Lagos

Why all these because of election? There was pandemonium in the Oshodi area of Lagos, on Monday, as shops belonging to Igbo traders were allegedly forced shut by hoodlums said to be sympathetic to the All Progressives Congress.

It was gathered that the hoodlums beat up some of the traders for allegedly voting for the PDP.

It was all about the presidential and National Assembly elections that held on Saturday. The Punch gathered that the hoodlums invaded the market around 5am and destroyed some shops before the traders arrived to set up their wares.

It was learnt that the hoodlums returned around 7am to beat up some of the traders, who were assessing the damage done to their shops.

One of the traders, who identified himself simply as Emeka, and whose shop was destroyed, said the hoodlums had no justification to attack the traders and their means of livelihood for exercising their civic right, adding that they were paying taxes to the Lagos State Government.

He stated, “I arrived for the day’s business only to see my shed already destroyed. When I asked those who arrived before me, I was told that some people came armed with weapons to destroy our places of business. I also learnt that they beat up some traders when they came the second time.

“This action on the Igbo is condemnable, because we are the ones developing this state. Some of the shops built by the government are sold to us because we are willing to pay any amount to get shops where business thrives.

“We are calling on the state government to put security measures in place so that such a thing will not repeat itself. As a Nigerian, it is expected that everyone will be free to do business anywhere in the country without being intimidated or harassed by anybody, regardless of who they decide to vote for.”

Another trader, identified simply as Obinna, said he escaped the beating by the hoodlums by chance.

Obinna said, “I was able to escape the hoodlums’ beating by luck, because when I saw some guys coming in a group with planks in their hands, I knew there was a problem and I just took to my heels. When I returned, some of the traders, who didn’t run far from the place, told me of what happened.

“Someone had earlier suggested that I should take some time before resuming business after the elections, but I thought democracy in 2019 should not involve violence. It is really bad that people cannot be allowed to exercise their right to vote in the acclaimed centre of excellence.”

A trader, who refused to give her name, said, “There was a problem with the ‘area boys’ this morning at Oshodi. They blocked our shops for almost an hour before the ‘Operation Python Dance’ operatives came and the hoodlums fled.

“The attack was accentuated by their belief that we the Igbo, who are doing business in Oshodi and environs, voted for the PDP instead of the APC. They even threatened to drive us out of Oshodi and place curses on us.

“So, in the process, information got to the ‘Operation Python Dance’ operatives, who ordered everybody to reopen their shops. That was when people resumed their normal business.

“What we have seen is that the youth acted based on some people’s directives. We don’t know those who sent them to attack us. Does it mean that we don’t have the right to vote for whoever we want?

“Must we vote for the same person they are voting for? It is wrong and this should not be a part of the democratic process. There are so many other things happening here, but we don’t say them out in the interest of peace.”

The member representing Oshodi Isolo 1 in the House of Representatives, Mutiu Shadimu, condemned the action of the hoodlums and called on the authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice.

He stated, “This morning, I was informed that non-indigenes were being attacked in Oshodi. The hoodlums were alleged to have asked the traders not to open their shops for voting for the PDP. This is rather unfortunate in a country that is supposed to be a federation. Every citizen has the right to live wherever they want to live and have the right to vote for whoever they want to vote for.

“No individual has the right to stop them from carrying out their civic duty. We are gradually running towards anarchy and I implore the agencies and people in government to keep up with their constitutional duties and bring to justice those who perpetrated such an act.”

Surprisingly, the Lagos State Task Force on Environmental Sanitation and Special Offences, however, debunked the news of the incident, stating that the alleged civil unrest was a rumour.

In a statement issued by its Head of Public Affairs Unit, Adebayo Taofiq, the Chairman of the task force, CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi, was quoted as saying that the agency and other security outfits were in constant patrol of the area to prevent the breakdown of law and order.

“Members of the public are hereby enjoined not to panic and go about their lawful business around Oshodi and other parts of the state,” he added.

Similarly, the Lagos State Police Command dispelled rumours of attacks on Igbo traders by ‘area boys’ in Oshodi.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, CSP Chike Oti, said in a statement on Monday that although the command received distress calls about the rumoured attacks, operatives were deployed in various parts of Oshodi and environs, adding that it did not receive information about any attack.

Oti stated, “The attention of the Lagos State Police Command has been drawn to the news making the rounds on the Internet to the effect that a group of boys, popularly called ‘area boys’, were attacking Igbo traders in Oshodi, preventing them from opening their shops.

“The command wishes to debunk the rumour in its entirety as nothing could be further from the truth.

“Although the command received distress calls from concerned Nigerians, whose apprehension was understandably heightened by disturbing rumours emanating from some social media platforms, the command swiftly and massively deployed its personnel drawn from various units in Oshodi and environs to assuage the feelings of residents and further assure Lagosians of its readiness to decisively deal with any person or group of persons who attempts to breach the public peace.”

He said the Commissioner of Police, Mu’azu Zubairu, commended Lagosians for conducting themselves in a peaceful and orderly manner during Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.

Female Lawyer Who "Killed" Husband In Lagos Begs To Change Her Confession

A lawyer, Udeme Otike-Odibi, who was accused of killing her husband, Symphorosa Otike-Odibi, on May 3, 2018, has urged the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere to reject her confessional statements made to the police.

48-year-old Udeme is standing trial for allegedly stabbing her husband to death at their residence on the Diamond Estate, Sangotedo, Lagos State.

She was also alleged to have mutilated his corpse after killing him.

The offences were said to contravene sections 165 (b) and 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

At the last adjourned date on January 23, 2019, the police witness, Olusegun Bamidele, had told the court that Udeme confessed to killing her husband.

The witness, who is an Assistant Superintendent of Police, had told the court that he was the head of the team that investigated the killing and that he personally recorded the defendant’s initial statement.

He added that the second time he met Udeme, she was in protective custody at a police hospital in Ikeja after she had been moved from the Safeway Hospital in Lekki, noting that it was during an interactive session at the hospital that the suspect wrote a detailed confessional statement.

However, when the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions, Titilayo Shitta-Bey, wanted to tender the statements, Udeme’s counsel, Oluseye Banjoko, objected and the presiding judge, Justice Adedayo Akintoye, adjourned for trial within trial to consider the admissibility of the statements.

At Monday’s proceedings, Udeme, through her lawyer, Banjoko, made an application that the court should stop the conduct of the trial within trial to determine the admissibility of the two statements made by the defendant during police investigation.

Banjoko noted that the constitution made provisions that the statement of any person arrested must be made in the presence of a legal practitioner or must be videoed.

He added that Section 93 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, 2015, also made it mandatory that to achieve transparency in statements taken, the above law must be complied with.

He said, “Why the law was made was so that we do not waste the time of the court in going into trial within trial to determine the admissibility of the said statement.

“Our application is for an order rejecting the alleged confessional statements since the provisions of the law were not followed.”

Responding, the prosecutor, Shitta-Bey, said the provision of the constitution stated that the substantive law to be adhered to in determining the admissibility of any piece of evidence was the Evidence Act, 2011.

Shitta-Bey stated that the ACJL, which was referred to by the defence counsel, was a “procedural law, which cannot supersede the Evidence Act.”

She further urged the court to proceed with the trial within trial to determine the admissibility of the defendant’s statements. Justice Akintoye adjourned the case till April 21 for further hearing.

PDP rejects results, party’s legal team meets today
However, the PDP on Monday alleged that the results being announced by the INEC had been altered. It therefore said the results were unacceptable to the party.

The party said it was forced to take a stand and make the pronouncements at this crucial point because “our democracy is under threat of derailment.”

The National Chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus, made the position of the party known at a press conference in Abuja.

He alleged that the results being announced at the commission’s National Collation Centre in Abuja were different from the original results at the disposal of the party’s agents in polling units, wards and local government areas across the country.

He said both the officials of the commission and the agents of President Buhari’s government and that of the APC had allegedly tried to alter the course of history by disenfranchising voters through alleged cancellation and manipulation of figures for results already announced at polling units nationwide.

Secondus alleged that 157,591 votes from 86 polling units were cancelled in Nasarawa State alone.

He also alleged that 10,000 illegal votes were given to the APC in Wurno LGA in Sokoto State.

Despite provocation, intimidation and alleged attempts to “hijack our democracy and change the course of history,” Secondus said he was sure that the PDP was on course at winning the presidential election.

Meanwhile, the legal team of the PDP has summoned an emergency meeting for Tuesday.

Wife Cries Out In Lagos: My Husband R*ped Our 3 Daughters

A trader, Mrs. Tope Ogba, yesterday told an Ikeja Domestic Violence and S*xual Offence Court that her husband, Gabriel Ogba, r*ped their two adult daughters.

“I confronted my husband, he said it was a conspiracy against him by our daughters. I told him that a young child cannot come up with such allegation against him. Ever since I confronted him, I have had no peace at home. He beats me up and threatens me.”

Led in evidence by the prosecutor, Mrs. K. A. Momoh-Ayokambi, the witness alleged that he also defiled their underage daughter and torched her.

Mr. Ogba is charged with s*xually molesting his daughters aged 25, 20 and 13 at their home in Oke-Ogbe town, Atura bus stop, Badagry, Lagos.

Mrs Ogba said she was unaware of the molestation, which had been on for years, until it was revealed by the youngest daughter.

She said: “I did not know what was going on; it was when he assaulted my third daughter that I got to know what was going on. I later heard about the assault of my older daughters from neighbours. When I asked my older daughters about the rumours, they initially denied it. I got to know about the assault of my third daughter from her teacher..."

The trader said a month after she reported the case, he became aggressive towards her.

Wider Cross-examination by Ogba’s counsel, Mr E. Obelu, Mrs Ogba said she did not know when the s*xual molestation began. “I do not know when he started molesting our daughters. I have been the breadwinner of the family.”

The 13-year-old girl’s testimony was taken in camera. Justice Sururat Soladoye ordered the court cleared because the witness is a minor. The case was adjourned till March 7.

Florida Prosecutors Charge New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft In Prostitution Case

Florida prosecutors on Monday confirmed they will charge New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft with soliciting prostitution at a local spa, and issue a summons for his arrest.

One of the two incidents that prosecutors are charging Kraft for occurred in Jupiter, Fla., with a woman on the morning of Jan. 20 — hours before the Patriots defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in Missouri in the AFC Championship, according to a charging document.

A day before that, police said, Kraft paid two women at the spa for an encounter, for which he has also been charged.

The 77-year-old Kraft, whose football team won a record-tying sixth Super Bowl earlier this month, faces a possible sentence of up to one year in jail if convicted of the two misdemeanor charges.

The billionaire also faces a $5,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and attending a class in the dangers of human trafficking — all of which are mandatory. He is due to be arraigned in Palm Beach County Court on April 24.

Kraft is not in custody, but "his attorney has been provided the summons," said Palm Beach County State's Attorney David Aronberg at a press conference.

Kraft through a spokesman has denied the allegations.
