China Congratulates Buhari On Re-Election

China has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his re-election as President of Nigeria. Nigeria is China’s strategic partner of cooperation in Africa, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said at a daily news conference in Beijing.

“China always attaches high importance to bilateral ties and stands ready to work with the new Nigerian government to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various fields and bring more benefits to the two peoples,” Lu said.

Don’t Go To Court, Agbakoba Advises Atiku

A former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Olisa Agbakoba, on Wednesday, urged the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, not to approach the Election Petition Tribunal over his loss of the February 23 presidential elections.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday morning declared President Muhammadu Buhari the winner of the election.

Shortly after the announcement, Abubakar rejected the result of the poll as declared by INEC saying it was unacceptable to him. He said he would challenge it in court.

However, Mr Agbakoba in a statement advised the former vice president to avoid going to court. He said Mr Abubakar is in a strong position to take up the mantle of a statesman in the country by avoiding litigation over the election.

He urged the defeated candidate not to lose sight of the legacy and greatness that lies in front of him despite the outcome of the result.

”I understand the PDP is aggrieved about the outcome of the election and alleged massive irregularities but I urge former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar not to approach the Election Petition Tribunal,” Mr Agbakoba said.

”This is not to say I do not recognise the massive irregularities in the 2019 Presidential Election. I can see how tempting it is to take the option of the Election Petition Tribunal but that in my view is not the right decision.”

He also advised Abubakar to take up the opportunity and build a third force in the polity, as a counterpoise to the APC and PDP which have won all general elections in Nigeria since 1999.

”He might have moved backwards by his loss but he should not lose sight of the legacy and greatness that lies in front of him. He can build a new Nigeria movement from the motley of small parties, third force actors, change actors and millions who are desperate for a strong, united Nigeria,” the senior lawyer and activist said.

”There is also a lot of work to be done in both political and electoral reforms. I request former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar to step into the shoes. he added.

Hushpuppi Buys Brand New Rolls-Royce Wraith Days After Buying A Bentley Bentayga

Here’s Instagram Most Followed Woman

Ariana Grande has racked up yet another top spot, surpassing Selena Gomez as the most-followed woman on Instagram.

Previously, Gomez held the title with 146,267,801 followers, but now, Ariana has eclipsed her fellow pop star with 146,286,173 followers. Both women are only outpaced by soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, who took the title as the most-followed person on Instagram from Gomez back in October.

Grande’s latest social-media achievement hardly comes as a surprise, considering that she’s gained more than 13 million new Instagram followers in the last four months and maintains a hyperactive presence on the platform.

Comparatively, Gomez announced in September that she would be taking a major break from social media before subsequently checking into an inpatient facility to seek mental health treatment. Since then, the “Back to You” singer’s posting on the photo-sharing app has been minimal.

Ari’s new Instagram title comes on the heels of her record-breaking success with the release of her fifth full-length LP, Thank U, Next, which is spending a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Big congrats!

Police Detective Faces Sack For Farting On Duty + Her Many Other Sins

This woman is a case. This will make you laugh, honestly.. woa lol. A police detective is facing the sack for farting on duty and asking a junior colleague if he wanted an affair with a “fatter, ugly, older woman”.

Detective Constable Claire Fitzpatrick, 44, is accused of 25 counts of unprofessional behaviour between summer and December 2017 in Bedwas police station in Caerphilly where she was a temporary sergeant.

The mum-of-two defended her actions, telling a tribunal panel in Cwmbran there was a “culture of banter” in the station.

She told the police force disciplinary hearing she regularly used the c-word as it was "just the nature of the place" and had “replaced the f-word as her swear word of choice”.

Fitzpatrick admitted a number of the accusations but insisted her words were said “in jest” and denied misconduct.

The mum-of-two admitted asking a PC if he had a girlfriend in front of other officers and whether he would like an affair with an “older woman”.

When he said no, Fitzpatrick replied: “I’ll be gentle I promise.”

Explaining her words, the detective told the panel she realised they were inappropriate almost as soon as she said them.

She said: “I met the officer a couple of months before. There was a bit of banter.

“I don’t know how the conversation started but we started speaking about whether he had a girlfriend or children.

“I said: ‘Well if you ever fancy an affair with a fatter, ugly, older woman who wears glasses I have a number.’ He said no thank you.

“In response I pretended to throw up in my mouth, and he moved away to sit down.

“I thought instantly that I had said the wrong thing at the wrong time. I went over to him, put my hand on his shoulder and said that I didn’t mean it, that he didn’t know my sense of humour and that I was sorry.

“He kind of acknowledged that. He knew I wasn’t serious.”

The tribunal panel also heard complaints had been made about Fitzpatrick breaking wind and giving inappropriate reasons for doing so.

The detective admitted to the panel she had farted on a number of occasions outside the sergeant’s office at Bedwas police station.

She told the tribunal: “It wasn’t [done] deliberately”.

She added: “I would joke about it. Sometimes I would speak like the character Borat, or use a silly voice to say ‘Rather out than in’".

Fitzpatrick is also accused of pulling a driver over and telling him he was “driving like a c***”.

The panel also heard a colleague who was in the car with her at the time later told officers about the
incident when they returned to the police station.

Fitzpatrick is said to have laughed when the incident was recounted.

She said: “The officer with me said: ‘Sergeant, you can’t say that to him’.

“I took a deep breath with my head in my hands, and said I’m sorry to the driver.

“The driver also apologised for his driving and his manner towards us.”

The mum-of-two was also accused of loudly asking a colleague if she “had any cream for thrush” inside the station.

She said: “I wasn’t suffering from thrush at the time, so I wasn’t asking her for some literally.

How Buhari Defeated Atiku By INEC Result: Quick Glance

UNILAG Lady Reveals How 8 Guys Gang-R*ped Her & Made A S*x Video

An undergraduate of the University of Lagos, on Tuesday, explained to a Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja, how eight undergraduates of the same institution allegedly gang-r*ped and blackmailed her with the video footage of the s*xual assault.

The 19-year-old gave an account of the incident while giving evidence during the trial of some of the suspects.

Five of the suspects, Moboluwaji Omowole, 19; Chuka Chukwu, 19; Peace Nwankaba, 19; James Aguedu, 20; and Osemeka Josephine, 20, were arraigned on Tuesday on three counts of defilement of a child, permitting the defilement of a child on a premises and procuration (inducing any minor girl under the age of 18 to go from any place or to do any act with intent that such a girl may be, or knowing that it is likely that she will be, forced or seduced to illicit inter-course with another person).

Other students, who are alleged accomplices to the crime, are still at large.

According to the prosecutor, K. A. Momoh-Ayokanbi, the defendants and others at large committed the offences in January 2017 on the premises of UNILAG, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos.

The offences, according to Momoh-Ayokanbi, contravene sections 137, 138 and 140(1) (a) of the Criminal Law of Lagos, 2015.

The victim, who was 17-year-old at the time of the incident, on Tuesday, told the court that she became friends with Nwankaba, who was her roommate when she moved into the school’s hostel during the 2016/2017 academic session, adding that Nwankaba lured her to be gang-r*ped.

She said, “I had three roommates, including Nwankaba. During the course of being in the room, Peace and I became friends; she even introduced me to her parents on our matriculation day in January 2017.

“One day, around noon, Peace called me on the phone and asked if I was around and if I wanted to hang out with a boy called Yinka (now at large) at the High Rise, which is a staff quarter in UNILAG; but at that time, I did not know what High Rise was; I told her and she said it was a hostel where people stayed.

“I told her I was not sure about hanging out and that I would think about it; she cut the line and called me again within the space of five minutes, but this time, it was Yinka, who was talking to me. He told me that it was supposed to be a hangout and Peace would be there; at that point, I agreed and since I didn’t know where the High Rise was, Yinka and Peace told me to meet them at the Jaja Hall, a male hostel in UNILAG.

“When I got there, I only met Yinka, who was with James, and I asked after Peace, but he told me that she was at the High Rise.

“When I got to the High Rise, I was led into a small building behind the High Rise, where I met Seriki (now at large) and a group of boys, but was assured by Yinka that Peace would come.

“James led me up the flights of stairs and we got into a room; there were boys on the corridor. I entered into the room with Seriki and James, but Yinka stayed outside; when I got into the room, I met two boys and a girl; the boys were Emmanuel (at large), I cannot remember the name of the second boy, and Josephine.

“When James and Seriki entered the room, Josephine and the two boys left and at that point, it was clear to me that Peace was not in the High Rise. Yinka then asked me to have s*x with him, I said no but he forcefully removed my clothes; at this point, two other people, who were peering into the room, entered and held me down while Yinka forcefully had s*x with me.

“In no particular order, the following took their turns: Daniel, James, Yinka, Bolu (first defendant), Seriki, Emmanuel and two other people, whose names I don’t know. They were eight men.”

The victim further told the court that she was subjected to further s*xual assault by some of the defendants and their accomplices following the alleged gang r*pe.

She added, “When they were molesting me, there was a guy, who was sitting down making a video recording of all that was happening on a phone. My first instinct was to get the phone from him but I was outnumbered. At the point when they were leaving, they led me outside the building and they told me that they had a footage of what happened.

“They said if I didn’t want to be popular in school, I had to answer them anytime they wanted to have s*x. They collected my number and shared it among themselves.”

She further told the court that because she did not know how to handle the situation, she kept everything that happened to herself, as she was scared that she would get into trouble because of the video.

The victim added that on two other occasions, she was subjected to more gang r*pe
by members of the group, who now included Simi, Randy, Idowu and Eddy (all at large), noting that the assault occurred at Chukwu’s parents house at the Pako area of Yaba.

She added, “I started hearing stories and the narrative was as though I wanted it. Henry, a friend of Peace, told me that I was popular at the Jaja Hall and that there was a footage of the incident and I wanted to get away from it.

“I had a friend (name withheld), who belonged to the same organisation in the school as me; he liked me and when he heard about the story and video, he asked questions.

“Unknown to me, he reported to the school authorities and on March 1, 2017, he told me to follow him to Ecobank to withdraw money, but unknown to me, he wanted me to see the school counsellor.

“The school counsellor beckoned to me and I saw my bio-data with her; she asked me to follow her and at that point, I knew who she was.

“I thought I was going to be expelled from the university; she pulled out a form and asked me to state what happened and I told her everything. She told me that the school was behind me and promised that the perpetrators would be caught.”

The victim added that the counsellor asked her to lure Omowole (first defendant) to a place on the school premises, where he was arrested and taken to the office of the Dean of Student Affairs, and he provided the names of his accomplices.

The presiding judge, Justice Sururat Soladoye, adjourned the case till March 18 for cross-examination of the victim and the hearing of the bail application of the defendants. The judge ordered that the defendants be remanded in the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison.

BREAKING: Atiku Rejects Declaration Of Buhari As Winner, Heads To Court

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has reacted to the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23 presidential election, as declared by the INEC Chairman. Atiku insisted that the presidential election was not free and fair.

He says there “were manifest and premeditated” malpractices,
in many states which negate the results announced. The former vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria said he will seek justice the democratic way by heading to court for his stolen mandate.

Below is his full statement:

“Democracy Will Not Be Emasculated in Nigeria
I thank the Nigerian people who trooped out in their millions to perform their civic duty this past Saturday. The patriotism of Nigerians is heartwarming and affirms my oft-repeated statement that we are brothers and sisters born from the womb of one mother Nigeria.

With regards to the Presidential elections that took place on February 23, 2019, it is clear that there were manifest and premeditated malpractices in many states which negate the results announced.

Another glaring anomaly is the disruption of voting in strongholds of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos, Akwa-Ibom, Rivers and diverse other states, with the authorities doing little or nothing and in some cases facilitating these unfortunate situations. (See attached links to documentary evidences).

The militarization of the electoral process is a disservice to our democracy and a throwback to the jackboot era of military dictatorship. In some areas of the country, such as, Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Imo states, troops deployed for the elections turned their guns on the very citizens they were meant to protect. This is condemnable and should not be associated with our electoral process in the future.

I am a democrat and there are democratic avenues available to present the truth to the nation and the watching world. Already, many international observers have given their verdicts, which corroborate our observations. I am sure more will come in the coming hours and days.

If I had lost in a free and fair election, I would have called the victor within seconds of my being aware of his victory to offer not just my congratulations, but my services to help unite Nigeria by being a bridge between the North and the South.

However, in my democratic struggles for the past three decades, I have never seen our democracy so debased as it was on Saturday, February 23, 2019. 2007 was a challenge, but President Yar’Adua was remorseful. In 2019, it is sad to see those who trampled on democracy thumping their noses down on the Nigerian people.

Consequently, I hereby reject the result of the February 23, 2019 sham election and will be challenging it in court.

I want to assure my supporters and the entire Nigerian people that together, we will not allow democracy to be emasculated.

Signed: Waziri Atiku Abubakar

Osinbajo Lost His Polling Unit: Presidency Reveals Why

The Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, says Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo lost at his polling unit at Victoria Garden City, Lagos, because he was the victim of an elite conspiracy.

Apart from defeating Buhari at Osinbajo’s polling unit, the PDP’s Atiku Abubakar also won Eti Osa Local Government Area where VGC is.

Ojudu gave his reaction in a piece titled, ‘The Battle Osinbajo Couldn’t Win.’

He wrote, “In a period of two months he (Osinbajo) must have visited VGC more than 15 times. A town hall meeting here, parlour meeting there and street walk there. He met with professionals and engaged resident associations just as he dialogued with people of faith.

“At the end of the day they still did not let him deliver his unit. I have received many calls and text messages asking what happened? It is not far-fetched. It was a combination of ethnicity, elite mentality and living in the midst of people who the policies of the administration do not favour.

“As we held those meetings, I saw it coming and told colleagues that coming to VGC and appealing to the voters there might be a waste of time. I could see it in their utterances, in their body language.”

The presidential aide said many of the residents of VGC who voted against Osinbajo had complained during some of the town hall meetings that the VP failed to help them tackle flooding in the estate or build a stadium for them.

The ex-lawmaker said some of the persons who complained comprised importers who had lost money due to the curbing of importation by the Buhari government.

He said many even went as far as insulting the VP but Osinbajo remained undeterred and continued to campaign.

Ojudu added, “There were cases of some fellows who had nothing to say than ‘Osinbajo, you have come now and you didn’t bring kola (money). How do you want us to vote for you again’.

“And this is a supposed elite location. I was shocked to hear this. Some said they expected him to have donated a mini-stadium to VGC. Some wanted him to have solved the problem of flooding in the area. A fellow said he and Buhari should be blamed for the loss of would have been his first child who died when his pregnant wife walked into electrified floodwater in his house.

“One expressed his disgust at his men parking in front of his gate. Another accused him of lying that the 2nd Niger Bridge project had taken off. Every effort to convince him was ignored and he kept interjecting until Osinbajo moved on to other topics.”

Ojudu said the VP, who comes from Ogun State but has lived most of his life in Lagos, could have decided to change his polling unit but he decided to remain at VGC out of conviction.

The ex-lawmaker wrote, “Yes, Osinbajo lost the vote in his VGC neighbourhood. VGC is not his constituency, certainly not. He could easily have gone to vote in Ikenne, his ancestral home where he is deeply loved.

“He could have voted in the Shomolu area of Lagos where he was born and raised, and where his aged mother lives and is adored.

“He could still have chosen to cast his vote on the premises of University of Lagos where he taught for many years and his unit could have given him a landslide victory but Osinbajo is one who never runs away from a problem. He will get his teeth into it until he is able to bite through.”

How APC, PDP Battle At INEC Collation Center In Abuja

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Coongress (APC) disagreed yesterday at the International Collation Centre (ICC), venue of the National Collation of the results of last Saturday’s President Election.

The bone of contention was a request by the
opposition party that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) must project what the Smart Card Readers (SCRs) captured as accreditation figure before the collation can continue.

The PDP queried the non-usage of the SCRs in the conduct of the presidential election in some part of the country.

But the APC Presidential Campaign Council spokesperson, Festus Keyamo, urged the PDP to follow the right channel in laying its complaints, stressing that the gathering was primarily for collation purpose and not to entertain complaints.

INEC Chairman Prof Mahmood Yakubu, also advised the PDP to approach the commission’s headquarters to lodge its complaints.

Speaking yesterday at the Collation Centre, PDP agent, Mr. Osita Chidoka, queried why the SCRs should be made compulsory in some part of the country and not compulsory in other parts.

Chidoka, who was categorical about results from Bauchi, Borno and Yobe states, said the party has documented its observations as an official petition to INEC.

He said: “The issue before us, Mr. Chairman, is what we feel strongly about and the chairman of the PDP has written you a petition. We are worried that the promise you made, the commitment you made, and INEC made, that as we are doing this collation of results, you will give us the details of accreditation captured by the card reader in the country.

“Yesterday (Monday) my colleague raised the issue and we thought that when we come back this morning as we are listening to the states, we will be seeing the accreditation by the states by the card readers.

“This, Mr. Chairman, I’ll like to be on record that we want to see the accreditation for Bauchi state, for Borno and Yobe states in particular and of course, for the rest of the country because the number as we are seeing, it seems to me that we live in two countries.

“Why people in the south have issues with the SCRs, why complaints were all over the place, we seem to have quiet and peaceful elections in places where the people have complained of severe cases of insecurity and harassments by the military and bandits.
“So, we would like you Mr. Chairman and I forward this letter to you to say that we will appeal that if it is possible, Mr. Chairman that before we proceed to the next stage, you should please, project to us what the card reader has captured as the accreditation in these states.

“We are supposed to read from the card readers, the electronic collation as against the manual information that we are getting to process information here. While it isn’t yet signed into law in your guidelines it was made clear that no voting should take place where there are no card readers. So, Mr. Chairman, we must appeal to you that we would like you to project the accreditation, as done by the card readers.

“Please, if any of your staff is available, he can please, take a copy of this letter from the chairman of the PDP saying that what we are doing here will require us to have the accreditation as done by the electronic card reader.”

Meek Mill Flirts With Kourtney Kardashian On Instagram...

Rapper Meek Mill is rumored to already have a bae, but that didn't stop him from flirting with Kourtney Kardashian on her Instagram page.

Kourtney posted pics of herself alongside her sisters Khloe and Kendall. Kourtney is rocking a shiny, see-through body dress with a black thong.

In the second photo, Kourtney turns her back as both sisters are seen placing their hands on Kourt's pert buttocks.

Meek wasted no time in letting Kourtney know how he feels as he posted: "Ass Phat in the second pic 😬🤷🏾‍♂️"

But some fans were quick to criticize Meek's raise of Kourt's cakes:

"Black men aka rappers nobody really cares that you love washed up white women. That seems to be the only type you can get. No shade just facts. Let me know when you find a decent white woman to fawn over that actually gives you the time of day. Then their can be an actual conversation. Until then continue playing yourself," one follower wrote.

Another typed: "@meekmill 🙄🤔 so this what we doing now? Cool"

While another wrote: "Don’t do it Big Bruh 😂💯🤦🏿‍♂️ @meekmill"

It seems that fans of Meek's would not be here for coupling with a Kardash... Would you or is Meek doing too much?

Breaking! Atiku Rejects Presidential Election Result

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in last Saturday’s election, Atiku Abubakar, has rejected the result of the poll as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission. INEC had declared President Muhammadu Buhari of the APC as the winner of the election and returned him as duly elected. Read Atiku’s full statement below suggesting what he intends to do…

Democracy Will Not Be Emasculated in Nigeria, By Atiku Abubakar

I thank the Nigerian people who trooped out in their millions to perform their civic duty this past Saturday. The patriotism of Nigerians is heartwarming and affirms my oft-repeated statement that we are brothers and sisters born from the womb of one mother Nigeria.

With regards to the Presidential elections that took place on February 23, 2019, it is clear that there were manifest and premeditated malpractices in many states which negate the results announced.

One obvious red flag is the statistical impossibility of states ravaged by the war on terror generating much higher voter turnouts than peaceful states. The suppressed votes in my strongholds are so apparent and amateurish, that I am ashamed as a Nigerian that such could be allowed to happen. How can total votes in Akwa-Ibom, for instance, be 50% less than what they were in 2015?

I hope and pray Nigerians will someday summon the courage to defend democracy. That is the only way we can move away from being the world headquarters for extreme poverty.

Aww! Jamie Foxx SPLITS From Katie Holmes

Jamie Foxx reportedly declared himself single at an Oscars afterparty. The actor, 51, appeared to confirm that he is no longer dating Katie Holmes, 40, after revealing his relationship status on stage whilst performing at the Entertainment Studios Oscar Gala Supporting Children's Hospital in Los Angeles.

A source told Us Weekly: "It was very nonchalant, while he was referring to married and single couples, he just dropped the line, 'I'm single.'"

The Oscar-winner is also believed to have attended Beyonce and Jay-Z's post-Oscars bash at Chateau Marmont with former Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr, 33, on Sunday night.

Katie, who has a 12-year-old daughter called Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise, and the Django Unchained star were first romantically linked to each other for the first time back in 2013.

However, the pair subsequently spent years insisting that they were merely just good friends.
Despite, the high profile duo finally went public with their relationship in September 2017, when they were pictured holding hands while walking along a beach.

A source previously revealed Jamie and Katie live "very independent lives".

They shared: "They've always lived very independent lives, but try to make time to see each other. It's not uncommon for them to go long stretches without seeing each other. And they're still very, very private.

Adding: "You're not going to hear or see every time they're together because they don't flaunt their relationship in public."

The relationship news comes months after the couple were reported to be getting married in Paris.
