Peter Obi Reacts To The "Strange" Results

Vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi has said the results declared by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from Anambra state was unacceptable to the party.

He said, “When over 400,000 Card Readers got burnt it became clear that something was wrong somewhere and INEC could not save the situation and they will not allow people to vote manually.

“But in some other parts of the country people are allowed to vote manually and it was accepted by the electoral body.
Now how can you tell me that a state like Yobe and Bornu produced the number of voters that is higher than Anambra and Ebony states put together?

“The two states are areas that have been at war and I wonder how they got Card Readers that are working so well despite the war situation that they found themselves?"

Addressing newsmen in his Onitsha residence, Obi further lamented that the poll was systematically planned to ensure the south-east zone did not participate fully in the election.

Atiku vs Buhari: PDP Asks INEC Chairman To Stop All Results

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has asked Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to discontinue the announcement of the presidential election results.

The PDP demanded that the announcement be placed on hold for INEC to release data of the accreditation done by card readers in the election, to prove if the results are real.

The party made the call at a press conference by Kabiru Turaki, deputy director-general of the PDP presidential campaign organisation, addressed in Abuja on Wednesday.

Twenty-eight states have so far been announced by INEC at the national collation centre in Abuja.

But PDP said votes cast it in its strongholds were cancelled, “particularly in Yobe, Nasarawa, Zamfara and Plateau.”

“The PDP demands the immediate discontinuation of the announcement until data from the use of card readers are made available... The data are being reconfigured to align with the manipulations carried out in various polling units across the country,” he said.

DAILY INSPIRATION FOR POSITIVE LIVING

Shock As Mother & Daughter 'Kill' 5 Family Members

A mother and her 19-year-old daughter massacred five of their family members including two nine-year-old twins inside a single bedroom, authorities said. Cops were called to the flat in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, on Monday afternoon and found all victims inside a single bedroom.

Suspects Shana Decree, 45, and her daughter Dominique Decree, 19, have been taken into police custody where they each face counts of homicide.

Found dead were Shana's daughter, 25-year-old Naa’Irah Smith, her son, 13-year-old Damon Decree Jr., her sister, Jamilla Campbell, 42, and twin nine-year-old nieces, Imani and Erika Allen.

A friend of the victims told NBC10 in Philadelphia that a landlord had been called to carry out a welfare check on the residents.

"I saw the landlord and said, ‘What’s going on?’," they said.

"And she said, ‘We are doing a welfare check because trash is piled up out there for awhile to see if they are alright.'"

Morrisville police chief George McClay told LevittownNow.com there was no obvious signs of trauma on the bodies and that fire crews didn’t detect any hazardous materials on site.

The cause of death remains under investigation.

Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub told a press conference last night: “This is a terrible tragedy.

"I just spoke with the family of the five of the deceased and we’re all heartbroken.”

Speaking to the Bucks County Courier Times, he added: "The people that committed these atrocious acts are in custody and we’ll make them pay for their crimes.”

The motive is not known at this stage.

Police are also searching for Jamilla’s 17-year-old son, Joshua Campbell, to make sure he is safe. He is not a suspect.

Reckless Living! Woman's Uterus 'Vanishes' After 17 Abortions

A woman has been told by doctors that she might never be able to have babies after damaging her uterus due to abortion. She has undergone about 17 abortions in six years.

It is said that the woman's womb was so badly damaged after all the procedures that her uterus lining was 'as thin as a piece of paper,' according to a doctor at the

Shiyan Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital. The patient, known by a pseudonym Xiao Ju, has been in a relationship with her boyfriend for six years and the couple don't use contraception, reportedly Shiyan Evening News.

According to Daily Mail, the lady told the doctors that she was not ready to get married and was not capable of raising a child, therefore she had decided to terminate all pregnancies, said the report.

Any babies born out of wedlock in China will not be issued an ID, which means they will not be entitled to state benefits or the right to receive education.
Dr. Zhao Qin, head of gynaecology at Shiyan Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital in Central China's Hubei Province, said she had urged a pregnant Xiao Ju to keep her child when she visited the hospital again this month.

Dr. Zhao explained to her that it might be her last chance at motherhood.

However, the 27-year-old insisted on the procedure, leaving Zhao and her colleagues no choice but to perform what was the patient's 17th abortion in just six years.

It is said that Xiao Ju has visited the hospital so often that the doctors call her 'a regular customer'.

Peter Obi Rejects Presidential Results In Anambra

Vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Mr Peter Obi, on Tuesday, said the results declared by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from Anambra state was unacceptable to the party.

He accused the electoral umpire of disenfranchising over 8 million registered voters in the South East Geo-political Zone in the last general election.

Addressing newsmen in his Onitsha residence, Obi further lamented that the election was systematically planned to ensure the zone did not participate fully in the exercise.

He argued that only 20% were able to cast their votes out of 10 million registered voters in the area.

He said, “You will recall that on the election day I said that the process was clumsy and we also had major problem of card readers and most people could not vote.

“When over 400,000 Card Readers got burnt it became clear that something was wrong somewhere and INEC could not save the situation and they will not allow people to vote manually.

“But in some other parts of the country people are allowed to vote manually and it was accepted by the electoral body. Now how can you tell me that a state like Yobe and Bornu produced the number of voters that is higher than Anambra and Ebony states put together?

“The two states are areas that have been at war and I wonder how they got Card Readers that are working so well despite the war situation that they found themselves?

Obi regretted the retrogressive disposition the country was tilting to, noting that instead of the country building on achievements of the 2015 general election the country was on a reverse

PDP Demands Stoppage Of Collation Of Presidential Election Results By INEC

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has demanded immediate halt to the ongoing collation of results of Saturday’s presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The main opposition party said collation of results must be stopped until data from the smart card reader accreditation at the polling units are made available to all the parties in the election.

At a media briefing in Abuja Tuesday, the Deputy Director General (Admin) of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, Dr Tanimu Turaki SAN, the party cited manipulations, rigging and over-voting in some states by the All Progressives Congress (APC).

“The PDP predicates its demand on available evidence to the effect that data from the card readers are being reconfigured to suit the manipulations, rigging and over-voting already carried out during the election in some states by the All Progressives Congress (APC)”, Turaki said.

Turaki added that the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus had already communicated the party’s position to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.

APC’s Ibikunle Amosun To Go On Full Blast Campaign For APM’s Akinlade

Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun has declared he would go into a full blast campaign for his anointed candidate, Hon Abdulkadir Akinlade of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) ahead of the March 9 gubernatorial contest.

Amosun, who was reacting to his victory at the last Saturday’s National Assembly election in Ogun Central Senatorial district, said he decided to step down the planned campaign for a day in honour of his aide, Mr. Adeniyi Adesanya, who died in a ghastly auto crash on the eve of the polls.

The Governor, who is Senator – elect on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), also boasted his God was greater than that of his foes.

He declared this was why they did not succeed when there was a gang up against him during the contest.

According to him, the released results betrayed the fact that there was little difference in numbers votes cast for him and those for President Muhammadu Buhari during the Presidential and National Assembly elections.

Amosun said irrespective of what you do or how perfect one is, there some people would not like you.

He said: “I’m happy for the result of the election, people have benefited from it, that is the way life is.

“People know who they were voting for in APC, clearly when the result was out, check Mr. President result and check mine you will see the are little difference.

“Those are the people that don’t want us, those that want us are about 80-90 percent and those that don’t want us are about 10 percent, that’s life.

“Don’t think that everybody will love you even how much perfect you may be, we are humans, there are some people that won’t like you and even if they don’t hate you, they will just don’t like you.

“I don’t hate anybody. Truly I wasn’t taking them serious that they wanted to gang up against me but if you see the result of the election you will know that truly they ganged up against me but that God in me is far greater than God that is in all of them.

“Yes, I am happy I want to represent my people, they have given me their votes, I am really grateful, elated and I can’t thank them enough.

“From today, we are stepping down campaigns in memory of our colleague that lost his life and we thank God for SSG’s life, we won’t be able to start the campaign today.

“Indeed we just stepped down the excos and tomorrow we are starting fully for my candidate, our candidate Abdulkabir Adekunle Akinlade, from tomorrow all our Assembly members and people are ready for the campaign.

“People have benefitted from our APC, but no problem because I have to come out that this election it is APC because President Muhammdu Buhari must win and truly we have demonstrated that.“

Former Trump Campaign Staffer Alva Johnson Sues Trump Over Forceful Kiss

A female staffer on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign claimed yesterday that he had kissed her without her consent.

Alva Johnson, 43, said the then presidential candidate grabbed her hand and leaned in for a kiss on the lips as he exited from a car outside a rally in August 2016.

She says she turned her head and the unwanted smacker landed on the side of her mouth – branding it “super-creepy and inappropriate”.

Johnson, now launching a lawsuit against Trump, said: “I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it. I can still see his lips coming straight for my face.

“I’ve tried to let it go. You want to move on with your life. I don’t sleep. I wake up at 4 in the morning looking at the news. I feel guilty.

The only thing I did was show up for work one day.”

The former Trump campaign worker broke her silence, two-and-a-half-years after the alleged kiss, during an interview with The Washington Post.

Events planner Johnson said she told her boyfriend, mother and stepfather about the incident later the same day, an account all three confirmed to the newspaper.

More than a dozen women have publicly accused Trump of inappropriate behaviour, but Johnson is the only woman to come forward since he became president.

She had consider coming forward in October 2016, after video surfaced of Trump bragging about kissing and groping “by the p****”.

The African-American mum-of-four, from Alabama, got involved in the tycoon’s campaign because she thought he could use his business experience to help black communities.

She claimed she first met Trump at a November 2015 rally, where he looked her up and down and said: “Oh, beautiful, beautiful, fantastic.”

Two months later, she joined his campaign as a director of outreach and coalitions in Alabama.

Young Men Nabbed While Planning To Kidnap Their Boss

Facts have finally emerged on how a female Divisional Police Officer attached to the Ejigbo Division, CSP Olabisi Ekwuobi, foiled an attempt by the staff of a Lagos based oil business mogul, Solomon Otungo, to kidnap him for N60m ransom.

It was gathered that the suspects, Agu Izuchukwu,19, Tunde Olaewo, 21 and the facilitator, one Sunday Nwankwo, were swiftly arrested based on intelligence gathered by CSP Ekwuobi.

The incident happened at Bucknor Estate in Ejigbo area of Lagos where the two suspects Izuchukwu and Olaewo were at an undisclosed location perfecting their plan.

The failed attempt have landed two of the suspects in police net and their alleged confessional statement led to the arrest of the third suspect described as an accomplice.

This was confirmed by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Zubairu Muazu, at the State Command. The police boss said that the suspects were rounded up based on credible intelligence received by the police decoy attached to Ejigbo Police Station.

He explained that the suspects were alleged to be holding a nocturnal meeting with the view to kidnap and keep their employer incommunicado until a ransom of N60million is paid.

Muazu said that based on the tip off, the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Ejigbo Police Station, CSP Okuwobi Olabisi, reportedly mobilized police detectives who swiftly stormed the venue of the meeting where the employees were arrested.

P.M. Express reliably gathered that the suspects in the course of interrogation named one Sunday Nwankwo as an accomplice and was later nabbed in Isolo area of the state.

CP Muazu while confirming the arrest in a release said all that the suspects have confessed to the crime and to have planned to demand the N60million ransom from their target if their plan had succeeded. Muazu added that all the suspects will be charged to court after the conclusion of investigations.
