Pastor Paul Adeferasin, founder of the House on the Rock Church, who has been married for 23 years has taking to IG to give both men and women relationship advice. Pastor says both genders must be careful in choosing a life partner. What he said;
Ladies, carefully choose whom to submit to. If he is not going anywhere and has no God-like compass guiding him, you will end up being the head and he the tail. The husband is meant to be the head and you're meant to be the body. Ask him questions like ‘where are you going?’ He is meant to be the direction and you are meant to be the mobilization!
Fellows, a man with vision - who is on a mission looks attractive to a woman. You have no business talking to a lady if you don’t have a vision. A good woman will choose a man on the premise of his mission. If you don’t have a road map for your vision, she won’t come near you. You have to be sensitive to know who a good woman is. Choose carefully, because some women are knives - not every woman is a wife.

A man was almost lynched to death yesterday afternoon after he was allegedly caught while trying to use a little boy of about six years old for rituals in Sapele area of Delta state.
According to reports, the guy who claims to be an internet fraudster, a.k.a. 'Yahoo boy', pretended to be mentally unstable in order to carry out the nefarious act.
It was gathered that he was apprehended while trying to use/blow powder (which had cowries round it) on the little boy in a bid to hypnotize him.
The suspect was immediately captured and beaten mercilessly by the mob. During the beating, he was said to be openly making some incantations for reasons best known to him, before he was stabbed in the chest with a sharp object.

Progress being made regarding Rivers Governorship Election, as shared by Governor Nyesom Wike.
The Fact Finding committee sent by INEC Headquarters to investigate the attempt by the Nigerian Army to manipulate the Rivers State Governorship Collation has swung into action.
Sources at the meeting informed that the committee requested duplicate polling unit results from security agencies & party agents who received same after voting...
Expectedly, sources at the meeting say that direct Collation of all polling units results have started in earnest. Party agents and different security agencies entitled to duplicate copies have supplied same for direct Collation.
It was gathered that with 19 LGA polling units results collated and computed for the Governorship Election in Rivers State, PDP has 586,745 votes while AAC has 51,521 votes.
After the closed door preliminary investigation and computations, the public would be briefed and open declaration made.
As at press time, the computations for three other Local Government Areas where elections held were ongoing by the Fact Finding Committee. Elections did not hold in the 23rd LGA, Abua/Odual, where soldiers frustrated the distribution of election materials.
The recourse to the Polling Units results was in line with the fact that it was where voting held and Accreditation via card readers took place. Results at this level are pure and verifiable.
A father has killed his one-year-old son by tying his feet to a pram and pushing it into the sea because he was angry at his wife for going to party without him, police claim.
Jordanian tourist Wael Nabil Salman Zureikat, 52, arrived in Pattaya, Thailand, with his partner but he was annoyed when she visited bars alone and left him to babysit.
He allegedly "decided to kill" their son and tied the youngster's feet to a buggy and tipped it off a pier in the 'sin city' tourist destination at the weekend.
He then tried fleeing the country.
Shocked locals this week discovered the tot floating in the sea and thought he was a "doll'.
Police arrived and recovered the body - still strapped into the pushchair before launching a manhunt for the father.
Speedboat captain Songsee Sunthornchai, 28, said: "I was taking tourists to an island and on the way back I noticed a body floating in the water.
"I saw it from far away and thought it was a doll, but when I went closer I saw it was the body of a baby and called police."
Zureikat was arrested at the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok last night while allegedly acting suspiciously and trying to board a plane.
Officers today took him on a crime re-enactment in the early hours of the morning.
Zureikat was pictured pointing to a gogo bar where he argued with his wife and then pointing to the spot on the dock where he allegedly pushed off his baby in the pram.
Officers said the holidaymaker arrived with his wife but he was annoyed that she went out partying alone after promising to look after their child.
He wanted her to babysit while he visited nightlife spots.
He then allegedly "decided to kill" his son.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Piyapong Ensarn said: "Police were notified of the body floating in the water at the Bali Hai Pier and we arrived at the scene to check.
"There was a young child between one years old and two years old who had been dead for two or three days.
"The body was examined and found that the left leg was tied to a wheelchair and found no signs of being hurt.
"The case progressed and at 10am on March 12, we co-operated with police forces to arrest the Jordanian tourist.
"He confessed to killing his son by tying him to a stroller and pushing him into the water.
"He said he had been to Pattaya many times and his wife had agreed to look after the baby. She went outside to bars to party and he did not want to stay alone looking after their son.
"He said he decided to kill the boy then try to fly home but he was captured at the airport."
Cardinal George Pell was sentenced to six years in prison by an Australian judge Wednesday for sexually assaulting two boys in the 1990s, making him the most senior Catholic official to be imprisoned in the worldwide wave of abuse that has blighted the church for the past several decades.
Dressed in an open black shirt, gray jacket and black trousers, Pell blinked but otherwise didn’t react as the judge told him that he would probably spend a substantial portion of the rest of his life in prison.
Pell will be eligible for parole in three years and eight months, and he will be placed on a register of s-xual offenders for the rest of his life.
His five convictions carried a maximum possible penalty of 10 years each. Chief Judge Peter Kidd said Pell’s age – 77, was a major factor in the sentence.
He also took into account Pell’s great power over the two boys, who were required to sing at Pell’s cathedral as part of their scholarship to a private Catholic school, and the prelate’s lack of remorse. Pell pleaded not guilty, did not give evidence at his trial and is appealing the verdict.
“To give out such a light sentence is just insulting to the victims and no deterrence to future pedophiles,” said Michael Advocate, a 52-year-old who said he was abused at his Catholic boarding school in the late 1970s.
Pell’s conviction for fondling one 13-year-old boy and forcing another 13-year-old to perform oral s-x on him at St. Patrick’s, Melbourne’s grandest cathedral, in 1996 shocked Catholics in Australia and worldwide.
Pell behaved with “staggering arrogance” when he caught the boys who had sneaked into a change room after Mass to drink sacramental wine, the judge said. “It was a brazen and forcible s-xual attack upon the two victims,” he said.

A 33-year-old woman has been sentenced to 20 years imprisonment by a Narok High Court after she was found guilty of shooting dead her Indian boyfriend in their bedroom four years ago.
Hellen Wambui, a trader who appeared before Narok High Court Judge Justice Justus Bwonong’a was found guilty of murdering her boyfriend Roy Ibrahim at Nkorinkori in Narok South Sub County on January 20, 2015.
While delivering the ruling on Monday, Justice Bwonong’a said that the court determined the sentence term after considering all factors including mitigation of the accused.
Justice Bwonong’a told the court that the evidence adduced before court proved beyond any reasonable doubt that she committed the crime.
The accused who until her sentence was a trader in Narok town had told the court she met Mr. Ibrahim in the year 2007 and were living together in one house.
“Indeed the life of a middle-aged man who happens to be a longtime boyfriend of the accused was lost. Investigations revealed that a short gun was used where the accused fired two shots with one hitting on the deceased killing him on the spot and another missing the target passing through the beddings," said Mr Bwonong’a.
The accused however suffered a setback in her quest for a non-custodial sentence through her lawyer James Onduso on mitigation that she was a sole breadwinner, a mother of two and was a first-time offender but the court declined, terming the crime as serious.
Earlier on, Wambui had told the court that she was suffering from kidney problem and needed dialysis but upon being directed to go for a medical checkup at Narok Referral Hospital, it was found that she had normal functioning organs though was found to be having peptic ulcers.
However, the 11 witnesses who appeared before the court among them three Criminal Investigating Officers, two cooks, medics, neighbour and a guard gave clear testimony that found the young woman guilty.
“I find that custodial sentence is necessary for this circumstance as the offence was committed using a sophisticated weapon and therefore the appropriate sentence is 20 years,” ruled Justice Bwonong’a.
The accused was however given 14 days to appeal the sentence term of the entire ruling as stipulated by the constitution.

One of the sureties must be a relation to the second defendant, resident in Lagos and have a landed property in Lagos, whose title documents must be verified by the court.
The second surety must be a civil servant on grade level 16 in Lagos.
The Judge also directed that the credentials of the second surety must be verified by the court.

We live in strange times, be careful to avoid becoming another victim. Many people were left in a state of shock on Monday after a beautiful young lady (pictured above) was dropped off by an unknown driver in a GLK Benz in Warri area of Delta state.
It was gathered that the lady couldn’t talk or identify herself after being dropped off in Ajamimogha road in Warri, thereby sparking rumours that she might have been 'used'.
The residents were notified by a road side sweeper who saw her while being dropped off. The lady just sat by the roadside as shocked residents gathered in their numbers and surrounded her while urging her to talk.
It is alleged that the lady lost her memory as she sat mute in public without uttering a word. Efforts are now being made to locate her family or friends in the state.
