David Beckham 'To Be Sued By Inter Milan'
Inter Milan are reportedly set to take legal action against David Beckham's American football franchise.
The former England captain has been working diligently on the project to get new MLS team Inter Miami off the ground.
However the Italian club are said to be unhappy of Beckham's use of the word Inter in naming his new side.
It is claimed by Calciomercato that Inter Milan are now preparing to sue Major League Soccer over the issue.
They report that the Serie A club have filed a lawsuit for Trademark Infringement in an attempt to protect the Inter name for themselves
Now the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board must come to a decision, which is likely to go one of two ways.
The Inter brand could be trademarked solely to a single club, granting exclusive use only to the bearer, who would likely be Inter Milan.

15-Year-Old Claims Jesus Is The Father Of Her Unborn Child
According to her, an angel, during an encounter in July 2015, ‘divinely impregnated’ her while explaining that she had been chosen to bear a child for Jesus Christ.
World News Daily Report quoted her to have said: “she was visited by an Angel of God in July 2015”. That presence told her that she had been chosen to bear Christ’s son.
“He told me that he was a Nephilim, like those described in the Bible,” Smith-Nabengana explained.
“He told me that he had a message from Jesus, He said that I was going to be pregnant, and that I would give birth to a son, Jesus’ son.”
Nephilims are mythical creatures mentioned in Genesis 6:4;
“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.”
The girl’s family being “very religious” believe her wholeheartedly and await the birth of her child.
Dr. William Franklin Murphy, the dector who has been following the girls’ pregnancy, says he is aware of his patient’s claim, but can’t confirm or invalidate them right now until the child is born.
“Her claims of Virgin pregnancy are technically true, but that doesn’t mean there was a divine intervention. I can tell you that it’s a boy, but there is no way for me to determine if it is Jesus’ son until he is born.”

The profile, described by an expert as 'highly stylised', racked up a staggering 150,000 followers in just 30 minutes, and by Wednesday morning had accumulated a jaw-dropping 2.2 million followers.
Among the followers are celebrities David Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow, as well as Princess Eugenie who commented 'welcome cousins'.
Kensington Palace's account, which has now been assigned to Prince William and Kate, currently stands at 7.1million followers.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's first post - which announced they were joining the social network along with a gallery of their highlights - received 755,000 likes by Wednesday morning.
And followers were keen to share their support for Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, who are expecting their first child this month and are expected to share the first picture of their little one online.

Panic As Popular Lawyer Monday Ubani Collapses In EFCC Detention, Almost Died
Ubani and Senator Christopher Enai from Bayelsa, were detained by the EFCC since March 19 for failing to produce ex-chairman of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Ngozi Olejeme, who they stood for as sureties. The rich woman is said to be on the run.
Olejeme is facing a N6.4 billion fraud allegedly perpetrated while she was chairman of NSITF.
A member of Ubani’s family told Vanguard that he (Ubani) collapsed in the EFCC detention facility on Tuesday morning after suffering severe dehydration and high blood pressure.
The family member said: “Ubani would have died today (yesterday) if some persons had not intervened and rushed him to the hospital after he collapsed in EFCC cell. It is very disheartening that the EFCC has chosen to continue to detain him despite a court order that instructed that he be released or be charged to court. We are begging well meaning Nigerians to appeal to the EFCC chairman to comply with court order and release Ubani.”

ICPC Seals Fake Medical, Nursing College
The college is named the International College of Professions and is located in Nsukka.
A statement signed by ICPC spokesperson, Rasheedat Okoduwa, on Monday, said the school, also called Revo International College, located at the outskirt of Nsukka, ”has two science faculties, degree programmes in medicine, surgery, and among others”.
According to the statement, the college Rector, Nnamdi Obiukwu claimed that the school has a partnership with California University FCE, including accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the state Ministry of Education.
But findings by ICPC reportedly showed that such accreditation did not exist.
”The school has faculty of applied and natural sciences, with degree programmes in basic and advanced auxiliary nursing, medicine and surgery, as well as Public Relations and Mass Communication.
”The Rector of the fake college, Rev. Dr Nnamdi Obiukwu, claimed before operatives of the Commission that the school is affiliated to California University FCE, with accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the Ministry of Education, Enugu State.
”But checks by officers of ICPC indicate that such accreditation does not exist, as the fake college was only approved by the Enugu State Ministry of Education to run vocational programmes,” the agency said.

Woman Kills Friend, Attempts Poisoning Husband
Irawo was said to have accused Femi, of informing her husband that he saw her with another man in a hotel and allegedly threatened to deal with him for trying to ruin her home.
The deceased’s father, Adeyemi Afolabi, a 72-year-old retired soldier, said he heard Femi shouting from his room that Irawo was trying to strangulate him, but added that nobody cared to inquire what was going on because of the level of their friendship.
He added that long before Femi brought Irawo and her husband into the house, they had been friends.
The deceased’s mother, Rose Afolabi, said Femi never discussed the issue with Irawo’s husband, adding that somebody else might have done that.
She said the suspect made real her threat by killing her son on Saturday.
It was learnt that Femi let out a room to Irawo and her husband in the family house when they had accommodation problem a week before he was murdered.
Irawo was also alleged to have earlier attempted to take the life her 31-year-old husband, Ezra Joseph, by poisoning his food.
Punch Metro learnt that when Irawo served her husband the food, she sat somewhere watching him, but when the man did not eat it, she became confrontational.
It was gathered that she cursed the husband before pouring away the food and dropped their baby on his lap as she fled the house.
Joseph alleged that his wife had been living an adulterous life, adding that he had traced her to different bars and hotels within Ikorodu on several occasions.
Joseph told Punch correspondent that Irawo thought Femi was the one who reported her extramarital affairs to him, adding that apart from few instances when he got to know by himself, other people in the area also told him about her adulterous life.
He stated, “I went to her shop to take my child to a barbershop. While in the barbershop, I saw her walking past. I called her to tell her that I was in the shop with the boy and that when we were through, I would return the child to her. She asked me to take the child to her brother as she would be going somewhere to see a friend.
“When she was going, I followed her but she kept looking back; each time she looked back, I hid myself until I traced her to a hotel that is located in a hidden place.
“I met a policeman, who advised me not to confront her but that I should take a bottle of beer, while waiting for her outside the hotel. I did as he advised. Fifteen minutes later, I saw her coming out of the hotel. I told the policeman to look at her. He advised me not to confront her so that I would not commit murder.”
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Elkana Bala, confirmed the incident.
He said the police were on the trail of the runaway Irawo.
“We have a report of a woman, who allegedly hired thugs to kill her landlord’s son, Femi Afolabi, for telling her husband that he saw her with a man in a hotel. The woman has been on the run since that day. The police are investigating the matter and are on the trail of the woman,” Elkana added.

Adelabu, APC Challenge Makinde’s Victory
Adelabu is praying the tribunal to overturn Makinde’s victory.
He filed the suit alongside his party, whose state chairman, Chief Akin Oke, had after the result of the election, said the APC was considering approaching the election tribunal to upturn Makinde’s triumph.
Makinde was on March 10 declared the winner of the governorship election by the state Returning Officer, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, having polled 515,621 votes to defeat Adelabu, who scored 357,982 votes.
The results indicated that Makinde defeated Adelabu with 157,639 votes.
Oke said: “I want to repeat what I said concerning the outcome of the last governorship election. First, I want to greet all the people who genuinely voted for us. But where there is a genuine case of fraud, of course why not go to court?
“Do you want us to continue to support fraud? I repeat we will go to court once there are enough grounds to do so.”
Yesterday, the APC made real its threat as it was listed as the second petitioner.
The petition has Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as first respondent. Makinde and PDP are second and third respondents.

NYSC Threatens To Withdraw Corps Members From Bayelsa State
Gen. Kazaure spoke when he visited the Orientation camp in Kaiama, Kolokumo/Opokuma Local Government Area, as part of his tour of the 2019 Batch ‘A’ Orientation Camps. He also visited Governor Seriake Dickson at the Government House in Yenagoa.
The DG, who lamented the death of two corps members – Popoola Oluwatobi Olamide and Gorge Onokpoma, with a third, Anthony Gbenga Dada, seriously injured – urged the Dickson and the security agencies to provide adequate security for youths corps members.
He said: “I have come to see the 2019 Batch ‘A’ corps members in the camp, and to assess some facilities in the camp, but our major concern here is the safety of this young people.
“I am very concerned about the incident that happened last two weeks – where two corps members were killed. We are working with other security agencies to ensure their safety during their primary assignments.

Sanchez has told friends that the pair have been apart since news of their affair broke in January, a source told Page Six.
The couple are said to speak every day and remain 'deeply in love' despite being apart.
'Lauren and Jeff talk all the time, but she wants to stay low-key until their divorces are final, when they will be together,' the source said.
'Lauren insists she and Jeff haven't seen each other since the Enquirer story about their affair broke on January 9, and that she and Jeff both decided to stay apart until their divorces were done, which could be within a few weeks.
It's mostly to protect the privacy of their children, but also because they felt it was the right thing to do.'
Bezos revealed in January that he and his wife MacKenzie were splitting after 25 years of marriage.
The announcement came just prior to the Enquirer publishing details of his affair with Sanchez.
Sanchez is in the process of divorcing her Hollywood agent husband Patrick Whitesell.
Bezos shares four children with MacKenzie.

Jennifer Lopez Hit With $6.5m Lawsuit Over Theft
In a new lawsuit filed in federal court, a man named Alvin Gray-El claimed that he came up with the show concept years ago and now he wants a major pay day from the A-list triple threat.
Gray-El is suing Lopez, 49, for $6.5 million dollars in damages, according to TMZ.
The outlet reports that Grey-El claims in documents that he first pitched his idea to famed choreographer and actress Debbie Allen via fax back in 2009.
At the time, he was calling the reality competition show Let's Start the Dance.
The suit alleges that Gray-El never heard back from Allen, who is currently starring as an actress in the ABC hit Grey's Anatomy.
Allen is in no way connected to World of Dance, which airs on NBC, but she is also being sued by Gray-el along with J Lo, according to The Blast.
According to the documents, Gray-El also claimed that in 2010 he registered the show with the U.S. Copyright office.
Lopez and Allen have yet to respond to the lawsuit, however a source connected to J Lo told TMZ that the idea for World of Dance was 'floating around NBC years ago -- it was the network's concept and they brought it to Jennifer.'
