Assassins after me, my son for supporting Buhari – Obasanjo's estranged wife
Speaking with Vanguard on Sunday, Mrs Obasanjo said she was reliably told that someone, who is not pleased with her decision to support Buhari, sent the assassin to kill her and her son who is publicly supporting President Buhari.
She said reliable information at her disposal disclosed that Chief Olusegun Obasanjo have paid the assassins who are already trailing her to kill her and her Son Olujonwo. Mrs Obasanjo said the assassins intend to kill her first and make it appear as an armed robbery operation. According to her, the second phase of the plot is to kill her son, Olujonwo in another armed robbery attack.
She said: ''I want the world to know that my life and that of my son, Olujonwo is under threat for supporting President Muhammadu Buhari in the last election.''
A very reliable source have informed me that ‘Baba’ Obasanjo has sent out assassins to kill me and my son because he is not happy that we supported Buhari to win the last election.
''They have been paid to kill us and make it look like an armed robbery attack. I am crying out now to let the whole world know who to blame if anything happens to me and my son. Since me and my son expressed our support for Buhari’s administration and his quest for reelection, Baba Obasanjo has not been happy with us. I am appealing to anyone who knows ‘Baba’ to please tell him not to kill me and my Son. It should not become a crime that must bring me and my Son death because we are supporting President Buhari.
''I am also appealing to the police and other security agencies to please come to our aid. This is a serious threat and the police should please help us.''
This is not imaginary or attention seeking or publicity stunt, she said.

Why Harry and Meghan's new baby ISN'T actually royal (yet)
Harry and Meghan's baby boy is not officially a royal, despite being seventh in line to the throne, after George V limited titles within the family during the First World War.
HRH status normally lapses after two royal generations - except for the eldest son of the eldest son of the eldest son of the monarch, which is Prince George.
But the Queen decreed all of William and Kate's children should be HRH - which is why Princess Charlotte is not Lady Charlotte, and Prince Louis is not Lord Louis.
This is why George V's grandchildren the Duke of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent, Prince Michael of Kent and Princess Alexandra are HRH but their children are not.

Probably not, given it's one of the least divisive things he's done in recent years. He also continued to attend until 2013.
One thing we do know though is that while Trump may be one of the most powerful men on the planet, he still can't swing an invite to one of the most high-profile nights in the fashion calendar.

What Prince Harry said about birth of his son
Speaking to camera, the new father revealed that his wife and newborn baby were healthy and happy.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, the 34 year-old told reporters: 'I'm very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy, earlier this morning, a very healthy boy. Mother and baby are doing incredibly well.

Meghan Markle in labour to welcome royal baby
The Duchess of Sussex and her husband will finally get to meet their first child in the coming hours.
In a break from royal tradition, the couple have decided to keep details about the birth plan a secret.
Buckingham Palace confirmed this afternoon that Meghan went into labour in the early hours of this morning with the Duke of Sussex by her side.
The child will be seventh-in-line to the throne.
Meghan is believed to have been overdue, and there had been speculation the duchess was looking likely to be induced.

Diana Ross felt 'violated' by airport screener's touching
In a series of tweets on Sunday, the Motown legend said she blames the Transportation Security Administration for a screening at the New Orleans airport that makes her want to cry.
'OK so on one hand I’m treated like royalty in New Orleans and at the airport I was treated like sh*t,' the songstress tweeted.

The probe coming eight years after Saraki left office as governor of Kwara State, was contained in a letter to the state government, through the Permanent Secretary, Government House, dated April 26, and titled, “Investigation Activities: Dr. Bukola Saraki.”
EFCC claimed in the letter that it was investigating an alleged case of conspiracy, abuse of office, misappropriation of public funds, theft, and money laundering involving Saraki.
According to the letter signed by its Zonal Head, Isyaku Sharu, EFCC stated, “In view of the above, you are kindly requested to furnish us with the full details of all his entitlements to include but not limited to emoluments, allowances, estacodes, other fringe benefits and severance package while he held sway as the Executive Governor of Kwara State between 2003 and 2011.
“This request is made pursuant to Section 38 (1) & (2) of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act, 2004 and Section 21 of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act.”
