Prince Andrew’s statement on paedo Jeffrey Epstein branded ‘arrogant, disingenuous and dishonest’

Prince Andrew's statement on billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein has been branded "disingenuous and dishonest" by a Royal author.

The Duke of York's private life has been under intense scrutiny following Epstein’s suicide while awaiting trial for allegedly running a child s-x ring.

Yesterday he broke his silence to express "tremendous sympathy" for Epstein's victims in a lengthy statement issued by the Palace.

Angela Levin, a royal author, blasted the statement as "staggeringly arrogant, disingenuous and dishonest".

She wrote in the Mail On Sunday: "Besides expecting our Royals not to hang around with paedophiles, we also expect them to be honest. This whole statement reeks.

"Does Andrew really expect us to believe that someone he did not know well and only saw infrequently was invited into the Royals' inner sanctum?

"Andrew simply cannot escape the fact that he stayed with Epstein once he was already on the sex offender register after serving time inside for s-xual abuse.

"If he really had such 'tremendous sympathy' he would speak to US authorities about what he knows of his former friend. Actions speak far louder than words."

A man in Juja Farm, Kiambu County is crying foul after a Bishop at Joy Springs Church snatched his his wife.

Mr. Kunyua and his wife Leah Wambui were blessed with five children before the marriage collapsed.the devil invaded their marriage.

The publication revealed that the bishop appointed Ms Leah as an assistant pastor during the early stages of their relationship.

Bishop’s wife Agnes Wangivi narrated how she objected the appointment of Leah into the ministry.

“I strongly objected the appointment, but he was determined to have his way. I confronted Leah and threatened her not to play games with my husband. She looked innocent, and I gave in,” said Agnes Wangivi.

Agnes the mother of three approached Mr. Kunyua to warn his wife about her advances with the pastor but all fell in deaf years.

She also noted how Mr. Kunyua was blindfolded to understand that his wife was cheating on him in another relationship.

“This is when I started questioning their friendship. I confronted Kanyua to keep his wife away from my husband, but he seemed blindfolded. My husband developed cold feet on his family and ran away with Leah,” narrated Agnes.

Adebayo Shittu speaks about his disappointment of not getting a ministerial appointment for the 2nd time

The former Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu, has revealed he was shocked when his name was not included on President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial list.

Shittu who for first time spoke about his disappointment that he didn’t make the cut as second term minister, said he took the exclusion as his fate, as a muslim..

“I took it the way it came,” he said.

“Of course, I expected that I will be re-appointed (as minister) but when it didn’t happen, as a Muslim, it didn’t take me five minutes before I accepted what has come. It’s the will of God.

“And I have also found comfort in a Quranic verse when God promised that what is to come later is better than what is with you now.

“So for me, it says we must accept that there is always something better with God which he gives to his beloved.

“I see myself as a beloved of God.

“I have come a long way and I have served at the state and national levels and the experience that I have garnered over the last three and half years cannot be purchased from the stores or from the market,” he said.

He said as a public officer, one must always have it in one’s mind that “whatever has a beginning will necessarily have an end.”

“And it is not how long one stays in public office but how well you are able to distinguish yourself,” he said.

The ex-minister, who is a legal practitioner, said he had decided to fall back to his profession.

23 Nigerians waiting for Saudi hangmen (Full List)

The list of 23 Nigerians said to be on death row in Saudi Arabia over drug-related offences have emerged. They were arrested between 2016 and 2017 at King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, Jeddah, and Prince Muhammad Bin Abdu-Aziz International Airport, Madinah.

The list was first published in April after the execution of Nigerian widow, Kudirat Afolabi, who had brought into Saudi Arabia, a prohibited drug.

The list, comprising mainly Yoruba and some few Hausa/Fulani people, all muslims, was exhumed on Sunday by some Twitterati to show that crime is not limited to a particular ethnic group in Nigeria.

The list #23Nigerians was the number one trending topic on Nigerian Twitter, supplanting #Igboyahooboys, which emerged after the FBI released on Thursday the list of almost 80 Nigerians, indicted for wire fraud, romance scams and Business email compromise crimes. Later another hashtag, #yorubadrugdealers emerged.

Commenters on Sunday bemoaned how the Nigerians, from the Yoruba and Igbo ethnic groups, are destroying the national reputation, internationally.

Some commenters even wondered why Nigerians would risk taking drugs to Saudi Arabia, when they knew the consequences, if caught.

The Saudi Arabian Government said back in April that the 23 suspects concealed the narcotic substance in their rectum, an act the Saudi Government says contravenes its narcotic and psychotropic substances rules.

The offence is punishable by death. Back in April then, Saheed Sobade, another Nigerian was also awaiting execution.

“It is well-known for all those interested in travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that the penalty for drug trafficking is the death sentence and the said sentence is applied on all persons convicted without any exceptions, as long as the evidence is established against them, and this is conveyed to every person prior to his trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia said in April, after Nigerians criticised the killing of Afolabi.

Bobrisky is a national disgrace who must be stopped- NCAC DG, Otunba Runsewe

Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Olusegun Runsewe,
has threatened to deal with male cross-dresser, Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju, popularly known as Bobrisky.

He made the disclosure in an interview with Vanguard. According to him, Bobrisky will not be allowed to practice his ways anymore in Nigeria. His words;

“Bobrisky is a national disgrace. He started by selling and using bleaching creams, now, he has grown boobs, bums and hips.

'‘If a Bobrisky is doing well with his immoral lifestyle, how do you convince Nigerian youths to do the right thing? Bobrisky has the right, but not within the Nigerian environment.

“There are others like him, but they live outside the country. If we don’t address Bobrisky as early as possible, he will form a team that will spread like wildfire.

“This will result in a lot of suicide cases, because the typical Nigerian parent would not want to see their child become a Bobrisky.

“It’s not an entertainment issue, it’s a war to save Nigeria for a better tomorrow. If you start this kind of war, you are bound to be attacked.

”My job is to preserve and protect the culture of this country. It would be unfair for me to be silent on this. You now find male prostitutes by the roadsides.

”A popular Nigerian recently paid an unexpected visit to his son in England only to discover that the son is a gay leader. The man was brought back to the country on a wheelchair.

”I’m talking with the strength of information and authority. I have information that over twenty-three Nigerian boys are already starting Bobrisky’s brand.

”Immediately we started the war, they pulled out because we are going to get them arrested. They cannot destroy this country.”

Police issue 3 weeks ultimatum to Rivers hotels to install CCTVs over Serial killings

The Rivers State Police Command has issued three weeks ultimatum to all operators of hotels and luxury apartments in Port Harcourt, Rivers to install Close Circuit Television Cameras, CCTVs or risked closure.

This is sequel to killings of two women in hotels in Port Harcourt by unknown persons.

Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Nnamdi Omoni said the Commissioner of Police, Mustapha Dandaura, had warned after a meeting with the hotels and hospitality business owners in State that the there was the urgent need to curb the recent wave of serial killings using the hotels to hide to perpetrate crime in the state.

He said “I can assure you that this incessant killing in hotels will be a thing of the past, we have put measures in place to ensure that we don’t record such incidents in the command again.

“Yesterday, the CP invited hotels owners to a meeting where he sounded it loud and clear that they should install CCTVs in all their hotels in strategic places.

‘’Now what that means is that if that is done, we would be able to monitor all inflows and outflows of persons in and out of the premises, so if that is being put in place, it will go a long way in assisting us in our investigation,” he said.

The CP went further to constitute a Seven-man Panel and Task-force that will enforce his clear directive.

“The Hoteliers have been given three weeks within which to install these cameras in their hotels, otherwise if the enforcement team goes around and sees that a hotel has not complied or there’s no compliance, that hotel will be sealed,” he added.

The killing of Jennifer Nwokocha in a hotel on Woji road, GRA, Port Harcourt recently, followed the same pattern in the killing of the late Precious Ewuru in a D/Line Hotel about three weeks ago.
