Jose Mourinho has revealed his sadness after his family dog, Leya, died on Christmas Day.
The Spurs manager arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium ahead of his side's clash with Brighton , before revealing the news to broadcasters Amazon Prime.
When asked by presenter Jim Rosenthal how his Christmas was, Mourinho replied: "To be honest, it was very sad because my dog died and my dog is my family.
"But we have to move on."
Mourinho was visibly upset at the loss of his pet Yorkshire Terrier.
He did not give further details of the passing of Leya, but was appreciative of Rosenthal's commiserations.
It is not known how old Leya was, but she had been with Mourinho since before 2007.
George Michael ’s sister Melanie Panayiotou will reportedly be buried next to his unmarked grave in north London.
Melanie, 55, died on Christmas Day exactly three years after her superstar brother.
Now the Daily Star Sunday reports she will be laid to rest next to George and their mother at Highgate Cemetery in north London.
The singer's grave does not have a headstone as the family were concerned about it turning into a shrine for fans.
There are still reportedly no plans to honour the singer with a marker.
A source told the publication: "George still doesn’t have a gravestone three years after his death, and it’s going to stay that way.
"Now that they will also have to visit the family plot to mourn Melanie, they don’t want to be wading through fans and their tributes just to pay respect to the growing number of their tragic loved ones.
Finding the perfect Christmas gift for a loved one can prove impossible sometimes. But one couple thought they'd found the ideal present for their son.
However, his wife wasn't quite so sure about it.
The woman, who has been married to her partner for seven years, took to social media to share her thoughts on the unusual gift.
In a post on Reddit's Am I The A**hole forum, the wife explained that her husband had received a beautiful photo album from his parents, which was intended to tell the story of his life, through pictures.
But there was one crucial part of his life missing from the pages.
According to the woman, her in-laws didn't include any pictures of her in the album.
Instead they put in several photos of her sister and of her husband's ex-girlfriend.

She wrote: "My husband got a beautiful present from his parents: a photo album with printed pictures telling his story from the very beginning. Very emotional... except from a little detail - I only appear in one of these pictures - a picture featuring four people where my face is not even visible.
My husband and I have been married for seven years and have been together for eleven. We are still madly in love.
"They have never shown any kind of hostility towards me and they have been always very kind."
She continued: "The present was only for my husband. Still there are a lot pictures with friends - there are even pictures of his ex-girlfriend - Including one portrait of her alone. I understand that she’s part his story and I’m not jealous at all.
"My husband’s older brother was given a similar photo album for himself and in that case it featured several pictures of his wife and his marriage.
"In my husband’s album there is even a single picture of my sister’s wedding which they attended."
he added: "I was there when the album was given and explored page by page and frankly I was totally embarrassed when the last page was turned and I found out that I wasn’t in any of the pictures."
The woman went on to ask fellow Reddit users for advice on whether she was overreacting.
Kano State Taskforce on Fake and Counterfeit Drugs and Unwholesome Processing Foods, Miscellaneous Committee, under the State Ministry of Health, on Saturday impounded 147 cartons of fake and expired drugs concealed in an uncompleted within Kano metropolis.
The state Commissioner of Health, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa, who briefed reporters on the seizure, said the illicit drugs worth hundreds of millions of naira were about 147 cartoons.
He added that the expired drugs were stored in an uncompleted house located at Unguwar Dabai in Dala local government area of the state.

Tragedy struck in Rumuekini community, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State on Thursday as an electronics dealer, Chris Achor, allegedly committed suicide in his apartment.
Achor was said to have taken his own life after drinking a poisonous insecticide called Sniper.
It was learnt that Achor, who was in his early 40s, allegedly ingested the poisonous substance in the night before sleeping.
An empty bottle of the poison was said to have been found in his room alongside his corpse on Thursday morning.
It was gathered that his neighbours, who suspected that all was not well after he failed to come out of his house in the morning, became restless and raised the alarm. They forced his door open and discovered that he was dead.
A resident of the community told Punch who visited the scene of the incident that calls were put across to the deceased’s family members, who later took the corpse to a mortuary.
A source in the community, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said no suicide note was found in the deceased’s apartment, making the motive behind his action to be unclear.
The source said, “When I heard that something bad had happened, I rushed to the scene of the incident and saw that the place was already crowded. I was told that our friend didn’t wake up this morning.
“His door was forced open and his body was found dead close to an empty bottle of Sniper, which we suspect he drank. Some neighbours called his girlfriend, who informed his people.”
Another source told Sunday Punch that the deceased had a quarrel with his girlfriend after he invited her over in the night, but she refused to show up.
“Achor got very upset the night before his death after he invited his girlfriend to visit him, but she refused, insisting she was going to visit him in the morning. When she finally got to his place in the morning, the door was locked and all phone calls put across to him were not answered.
“She got worried and raised the alarm, which attracted the neighbours, who forced the door open and found him dead with bottles of drinks as well as an empty bottle of Sniper,” the source stressed.
Colin Weir, who won one of Europe's biggest lottery jackpots, has died after a short illness aged 71.
Mr Weir and wife Chris, from Largs in North Ayrshire, claimed the £161m Euromillions prize in 2011.
Earlier this year the pair confirmed that they were to divorce after 38 years of marriage.

Organized Labour has said it is ready to go to war with any governor that fails to implement the N30,000 minimum wage and the consequential adjustment that follows for workers in their states.
President Muhammadu Buhari signed the new minimum wage Act into law on April 18, 2019.
Six months after Buhari signed the Act into law, the Federal Government and organised labour, agreed to 23.2 per cent increase for workers on level seven and 20 per cent for workers on level eight, while it agreed on 19 per cent increase for workers on level nine.
Also, both the government and organised labour reached an agreement on 16 per cent salary increase for workers on levels 10 to 14 and 14 per cent increase for workers on levels 15 to 17.
With labour reaching agreement with government at the national level, the battle shifted to the states.
Only five states-Kaduna, Kebbi, Lagos, Adamawa and Jigawa-have commenced implementation and payment of the new wage after it was signed into law in April.
Other states are yet to show full commitment, forcing labour to issue a December 31 deadline for full implementation of the new minimum wage, including the consequential adjustments by the remaining states.
The deadline will expire on Tuesday.
The Secretary-General of Trade Union Congress (TUC), Musa-Lawal Ozigi, said any governor that fails to implement or show commitment before the Tuesday deadline would be deemed to have declared war against labour.
Ozigi, in an interview in Abuja, said organised labour would decide on how to handle recalcitrant state governors who fail to implement the new wage at the end of the December 31 deadline.
Five corpses and two human heads have been discovered inside a shipwreck on the coast of Japan.
The boat washed ashore on Japan's Sado Island, northwest from the mainland, on Friday and authorities gained access on Saturday.
The heavily damaged vessel had Korean lettering painted on its side.
Police could not confirm whether the two heads belonged to the corpses but Japanese media said the remains were "partially skeletonised".
This could indicate the victims had been at sea for a long time.
"Ghost boats" believed to hail from North Korea are a fairly common discovery on Japanese shores.
They are generally empty or contain only human remains. During winter, exposure and starvation are the most likely explanations for crewmembers' deaths.
In previous incidents there has been speculation that crew found on the "ghost boats" are defectors or spies from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's repressive regime.
But it is also thought that poverty is forcing North Koreans to fish further from home.
In 2017 a fishing crew was discovered alive on board a drifting vessel and asked to be sent back to North Korea.
Ongoing tensions between Japan and North Korea could make a full investigation into the latest shipwreck difficult.
On Friday, Japanese national broadcaster NHK accidentally reported a North Korea missile launch before correcting the error. They apologised and said the newsflash was intended to be a training exercise.
