Mike Bamiloye sends strong message to wife beaters

Nigerian evangelist and founder of Mount Zion Drama Ministry, Mike Bamiloye has called out men who beat and curse their wives.

Taking to his social media page, the cleric stated that there are repercussions when men maltreat their wives.

According to Mike Bamiloye, men who love their wives are indirectly doing the same to their selves, and that men who hate their women are indirectly hating themselves.

He wrote: “Every blow or slap you land on your wife…. hits you back immediately. Every curse you rain on your wife…drop on you immediately. because…. he who loves his wife, loves himself, and he who hates his wife, hates himself.”

Meet the Nigerian armless 4-year-old boy who insist on getting educated (very touching photos)

Here are very touching photos of a little Nigerian boy, Abdulahi Umar of Nasarawa state.

Abdulahi was born without both hands. Now a student of LGEA Central School Nasarawa, and
in nursery one, Abdulahi was said to have told his parents not to taking him for begging alms and insisted on getting educated.

Today he can read and write using his toes with the assistance of Mrs. Habibat Abdulahi, head teacher of LGEA Central School Nasarawa. He now knows how to trace and do other assignments with pencil using his toes. Indeed, you will agree with me that Abdulahi's case is very touching.

Another photo of charming Abdulahi below...

Fight at Kano Assembly over Sanusi probe.... Mace almost goes missing as lawmakers battle

It was a free-for-all fight today when the Deputy Speaker and chairman of the Public Complaints and Petition Committee, Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari, raised observation over the ongoing investigation of petitions of alleged violation of the culture, tradition and religious values  by Kano Emir Muhammad Sanusi 11.

Trouble broke out when Chidari, in his attempt to make observation known to members, was instantly opposed by members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Assembly.

In the process, a heated debate ensued which resulted to a physical combat with the opposition members struggling to take control of the mace, The Nation reports.

The mace rescued by security men and the Sergeant of Arm attached to the Assembly.

The Nation reports that the fisticuff lasted for about 25 minutes before normalcy was restored and the Assembly procceded to a 30- minute break.

As at the time of filling in this report, security has been beefed up at the Assembly to forestall any eventuality.

Nigerian boy who hugged Meghan writes to Harry saying ‘sorry I cuddled your wife’

The teenage Nigerian schoolboy who hugged Meghan Markle and told his friends ‘she really is beautiful’ has written to Prince Harry to apologise for ‘cuddling’ his wife.

Aker Okoye, 16, met the Duchess of Sussex when she surprised pupils at the Robert Clack Upper School in Dagenham on Friday to mark International Women’s Day.

The head boy said he was ‘just so overwhelmed and shocked’ by Meghan’s visit when he gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek on his school stage.

He got a cheer from his fellow students when he took to the mic and cheekily said: ‘She really is beautiful, innit. I had to speak the truth there.’

In a note to the Duke of Sussex this weekend, Aker said: ‘I hope you didn’t mind me cuddling your wife,’ adding: ‘It was a pleasure to hear her speech and to speak in front of her as well.’

The student also said in his letter, published in The Sun, that he hoped to meet Harry one day and wished the royal couple ‘good luck for the future’ as they step back from senior royal duties.

81-year old ex priest moves to Romania with 27-year old toyboy, pays for their clubbing with his church pension

The rollercoaster on-off romance between an 81-year-old retired vicar and his toyboy Romanian husband finally looks to be settling down after the pair moved in together, again.

Philip Clements and his 27-year-old husband Florin Marin got married three years ago after meeting on the Gaydar dating app.

Mr Clements now hopes the couple, separated by 54 years and nearly 2,500 miles, can start to live a normal married life after spending most of their relationship apart.

It’s the not first time the couple have had a stab at living with each other in Romania.

In 2017, the newlyweds spilt after only five months together, leaving Mr Clements broke and homeless after he sold his £215,000 home in Sandwich, Kent, to be with Mr Marin.

The ex-reverend is hopeful of making a greater success of it this time around.

Speaking to The Sun after his first month back in Bucharest, he said: ‘Florian understands me much better and I understand him much better.

‘I know when he’s busy not to disturb him and to give him space.

‘He goes to the gay club in Bucharest once a week and I’m fine with that.’

He said it was important his husband had space to be with people his own age given their 54 year age gap.

The couple will be living off Philip’s teaching and church pensions until Florian, who had worked for a car rental company at Alicante airport in Spain, can find a job in his hometown.

Florin says he doesn’t like being called a ‘gold digger’ but does not care what people say about him.

Philip said the church’s stance on homosexuality forced him to repress his s3xuality throughout his career, but he was now able to be his ‘true-self’.

Church of England’s rules state that clergy cannot enter same-s3x marriages. Civil partnerships are allowed but they must remain celibate. The pair plan to spend their third wedding anniversary at home with Florin making a home-cooked meal.

Coronavirus death toll in Iran hits 194

Iranian state TV today confirmed that 194 people have died from the killer coronavirus and 6,566 are now infected in the Islamic Republic.

As the Persian New Year approaches, the Health Ministry warned Iranians to avoid large gatherings and stay at home, as fears of the spreading bug intensified.

Regime spokesperson Kianush Jahanpur said 49 people died from the disease today, while 743 people have been added to the total number infected.

Meanwhile, Iran Air has suspended all flights to Europe until further notice, the official IRNA news agency reported, citing the Civil Aviation Organisation.

No mention was made of coronavirus as a cause by the company, which instead cited 'restrictions' imposed by European authorities for 'unknown reasons'.
