Yomi Fabiyi reveals heartfelt reason he used his late mother's toothbrush

Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has explained why he used his late mother's toothbrush soon after her demise.

Speaking in an interview with Damola Kola-Dare, he said not making use of her toothbrush after her death will be like betrayal because they sometimes shared the same toothbrush when she was alive.

Explaining it in full, he said;

''The bond between a mother and child is already spiritual. The cord wasn’t for fashion. A child once depended on the breath, food, water, and blood of the mother to survive. The first sound any child hears and understands is the mother’s heartbeat. And since my mum’s sickness, I personally took her to live with me since my dad had a second wife and people were calling that my mum was not given proper care.

''When the call became unbearable and my mum kept denying just to protect my dad and the younger wife, I was forced to settle the whole issue amicably by taking her to live with me. As we lived together, sometimes when she couldn’t find her brush, she used mine thinking I won’t notice. Do I throw the brush away because my mum used it? The instinct as a child who cares about his mum is to rinse and continue using. This happened a couple of times. And when I traveled, she died before I returned. The only visible thing I saw was the toothbrush. I almost threw it away but I felt if I did, It would be betrayal because she was no more. I continued using it. I have never heard about lifespan for brush, I used to dispose of when it depreciates until I saw comments after I shared my afterlife bonding with my mother.

''I love my mom dearly because of a flashback of her sacrifices and motherhood, she exemplifies a small god. If I want to come to this world again, I want to come through her. If the use of the brush now has a spiritual undertone to anyone, check how they treat their mother. And they are free to kill their mother and use her toothbrush to understand the meaning. As for me, it is my way of mourning my beloved mother and I am unapologetic about it.''

Teacher who s.e.x.u.a.l.l.y abused students begs to be CASTRATED in exchange of prison term

A former Florida high school teacher was sentenced to 12 years in prison for s.e.xually abusing students.

Mark Lua, 32, told Circuit Judge Thomas Dannheisser on Wednesday that he wanted to raise his daughter and would volunteer for castration if that would spare him a prison sentence, the Pensacola News Journal reported, but the judge ignored his request.

The former English teacher at Booker T. Washington High School in Pensacola pleaded guilty last year to promoting a sexual performance by a child, unlawful sexual activity with minors and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with minors.

Prosecutors say he s3xually assaulted an 18-year-old former student, had sex with an underage student and coerced another to send him a sexually explicit video.

'My actions were despicable,' Lua said. 'I do believe that punishment is necessary, and I am requesting chemical castration not only as a punishment but as an act of solidarity to show how sorry I am for everything. If your honor is so inclined, I am even willing to undergo physical castration if that way I can stay home and raise my daughter.'

Judge Dannheisser ignored the request before sentencing him to 12 years in jail followed by 15 years of probation.

Prosecutor Erin Ambrose told the judge Lua targeted vulnerable girls.

'He seemed to seek out girls that came from unstable or troubled homes,' Ambrose said. 'He manipulated them, and he betrayed them because he was a teacher.'

Lua was arrested three separate times in 2019 after there were allegations he coerced a student into sending him an inappropriate video, that he had sex with an underage student and that he had sexually assaulted an 18-year-old former student.

His first arrest was on January 17, 2019, when a school resource officer received a tip off that Lua was having inappropriate communications with minors.

He later admitted to having set up a fake Instagram profile in order to reach out to underage teens for sex.

He was arrested for a second time less than two weeks later on January 30. On that occasion a juvenile student reported that he had sex with her at his home.

The following week, he was arrested for a third time on February 6 after a former student, who was now an adult, went to the authorities to say that she had been sexually assaulted by him.

During his hearing Lua said that he suffered from a genetic disorder called neurofibromatosis that caused the growth of painful tumors on his skin. Lua said the condition resulted in frequent panic attacks.

'If I'm with my family or when I might sit down and read a book, I think about the tumors, and I think "Oh my God, this might be my last day on earth,"' he said.

The prosecutor dismissed such claims in court.

'This condition did not seem to debilitate him while he was trolling the halls, looking for students to have sex with,' Ambrose said.

Mike Tyson rips off shirt at AEW wrestling and takes on WWE legend Jake the Snake Roberts

Mike Tyson made a huge entrance at the TNT wrestling championship - by ripping off his shirt on stage to stop WWE legend Jake 'The Snake' Roberts from interfering with the match.

The Baddest Man on the Planet was meant to be presenting the All Elite Wrestling (AEW) winners with their prize but instead got slap, back in the middle of the action.

Cody Rhodes and Lance Archer had gone head-to-head to become the first-ever TNT champion at AEW Double or Nothing on Saturday night.

And Iron Mike, 53, exploded onto the scene as he got involved with the action.

Rhodes and Archer had continued their hate-fuelled angst leading up to the match.

Archer was a 'student' of ultimate baddy Roberts - armed with a sack containing a live snake.

With Archer destroying all in his path, Tyson became an instant meme with his own entrance to step into wrestling folklore.

He clashed with Archer again and again - before Roberts stepped in and got involved in the clash.

And once the Baddest Man on the Planet showed he meant business by ripping his shirt off, Roberts quickly backed down.

Fans might have wanted the former undisputed heavyweight champion to knock Roberts and Archer both out.

Instead he lifted Rhodes' hand to signal the winner and then handed him his title.

Tyson, set for a return to the boxing ring possibly against old foe Evander Holyfield, had earlier sat ringside and was totally gripped by the action before him.

Husband gives wife who plotted with her lover to kill him money for upkeep in custody

An interesting spectacle unfolded in a court in Kumasi, Ghana, on Friday when a man whose wife plotted with her lover to kill him gave money to his wife for her upkeep in custody, the Daily Guide of Ghana reported on Saturday.

The suspects were being led away on remand when the man, David Gator, 55, handed the money to his wife, Mavis Brepo aka Maa Adwoa, who is currently on trial with her lover, Patrick Asare.

Mr. Gator was seen in court giving money to Mavis, who allegedly plotted with her lover to have him (Gator) killed. He gave the money to her ostensibly for her upkeep while in custody.

The Asokwa District Court in Kumasi had remanded Mavis and Asare in police custody for the second time for attempted murder.

Mr. Gator even assured Mavis of his unflinching support and undying love in spite of her plot to kill him.

He has even said that his wife was under a spell by Asare to commit the crime and was seen comforting Mavis who sobbed as she was being led away.

Mavis and Asare were arrested after they had mistakenly contacted the Manhyia Divisional Police Commander. They were reaching out to the would-be assassin, but they mistakenly telephoned the police officer instead.
The two made their first appearance in court on Friday, May 8 and are expected in court on June 3.

Mr. Gator, a father of three, who lives at Pamen near Kwaben in the Eastern Region, has asked for the charge to be dropped against Mavis because he has long forgiven her and is ready to take her back.

Unknown to the husband, Mavis had secretly been having an amorous affair with Asare for many years.

At a point, the cheating wife and her boyfriend allegedly planned to eliminate Mavis’ husband so that they could have their peace and enjoy their intimate relationship.

Unfortunately, they mistakenly called a number of a police officer, whom they thought was the person they were planning to use to kill the husband and that led to their arrests.

ACP Kwaku Buah, the Manhyia Divisional Police Commander, upon receiving a phone call from the ‘wicked’ wife and her boyfriend, who had offered to pay GH¢100,000 to get Mr. Gator killed, pretended he was the assassin and followed every step of the accused persons.

With the help of undercover police investigators, ACP Buah told the cheating wife and lover that he lived in Sefwi in the Western North Region.
He constantly talked to the suspects on mobile phone, giving them an assurance that he would easily eliminate Mr. Gator for them.

After negotiations on phone, which lasted for about four weeks, had been successfully concluded, the ACP supposed assassin lured Asare to meet him in Kumasi, so that he could lead him to the exact location of Mr. Gator in the Eastern Region to kill him.

Asare, who was bent on making sure that Mr. Gator was killed, proceeded to Kumasi where he was nabbed. Later on, the suspect led the police to arrest Mavis. In their caution statement, the suspects admitted conspiring to kill Mr. Gator.

Buhari's Sallah Message Tells When Lockdown Will End

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has assured Nigerians that lockdown measures put in place to curb the spread of coronavirus would not remain longer than necessary.

He said this in a statement containing his message to Muslims on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Fitr.

The statement issued on Saturday was signed by the President’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu.

Buhari was quoted as saying that COVID-19, which caught the world off guard, and has put a damper on what would otherwise have been “a time of celebration for the Muslim faithful to mark the end of the Ramadan fasting period.”

The Nigerian leader commended the sacrifices of both Muslims and Christians for their cooperation in the enforcement of the social distancing guidelines.

He assured Nigerians that “the lockdown measures would not go on longer than necessary because they would be reviewed from time to time to ease the increasing hardships on the people.

“I am well aware of the inconveniences these tough measures have brought on the lives of Nigerians, including limiting religious activities and gatherings in large numbers.

“No government would intentionally impose these tough and demanding measures on its citizens if it had a choice.”

The retired general also appealed to Nigerians “whose businesses and means of livelihoods were badly affected by the prolonged lockdown measures for their understanding and cooperation.”

He said, “For the first time in recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a heavy toll on the people’s spiritual, social, and economic lives.

”This year’s fasting period was particularly challenging for Muslims because they had to forgo many important aspects of their daily worship, including the routine congregations for prayer and the recitation and interpretation of the Holy Qur’an as well as traveling for the lesser pilgrimage to Makkah.

“It is not easy to give up many of these important duties and activities, but it became imperative to do so in order to control or limit the spread of this deadly disease.”

He also urged people with means to continue helping their neighbours and the less well-to-do “so that we can all come out of this pandemic stronger and more united”.

The President told the Muslim faithful that “this year’s Eid event is an occasion for sober reflection rather than celebration because of the long shadows of gloom that the coronavirus has cast on people’s lives.”

Man kills wife’s lover, cut off his p.e.n.i.s in Nasarawa

The family of a 55-year-old man, Henry Obatenuh, a trado-medical doctor, has demanded justice for the murder of their father.

Obatenuh was killed and his p.e.n.i.s cut off allegedly by one Collins Adodokome and his son in Masaka, Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

Adodokome had accused the deceased of sleeping with his wife.

The suspect, who is now in custody alongside two accomplices, his son and security guard, at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Nasarawa State police command in Lafia, had on Wednesday, in Angwan Tiv, Masaka, hacked Obatenuh to death and cut off his manhood for allegedly having an affair with his wife, Evelyn.

It was gathered that Adodokome had reported Obatenuh to the police and eventually taken him to court some years ago and the deceased was kept in custody for some weeks before being released and asked to sign an undertaken to desist from having any further affair with Evelyn.

According to police sources, the suspect, who is said to be a friend to the victim, confessed to the crime, alleging that his son caught the deceased having s.e.xual intercourse with his wife on his matrimonial bed.

“The wife escaped and Adodokome’s son engaged the late Obatenuh in a fight and he eventually killed him. He later chopped his p.e.n.i.s off out of anger,” said one of the sources.

The source disclosed further that Adodokome claimed that the killing had been done before he arrived at the scene and he promptly walked into Masaka Police Station to report the matter.

He said the body of the victim was moved to Uke General Hospital mortuary, even as the police continue with investigation.

But the family of the victim is not convinced with the explanation on the cause of his death.

They are pleading for in-depth investigation by the police to unravel the circumstances surrounding the killing of their father.

‘He squeezed my b.r.e.a.s.t.s on my way to aunt’s place’, Form 1 girl says as community seeks kick-out of pedophilic police officer

Residents of Indangalasia in Lurambi, Kakamega County have urged the National Police Service to launch investigations into the conduct of an administration police officer accused of s.e.xually preying on underage girls in the area.

This comes hours after the said-cop allegedly fondled a 16-year-old girl’s b.r.e.a.s.t.s when she was on her way to her aunt’s place on Thursday evening.

The girl had been given table banking (chamaa) money by her mother to take to her aunt, when she bumped into the randy police officer. The minor said she managed to trick the cop into allowing her proceed with her journey, promising to reunite with him on her way back home.

Upon delivering the package to her aunt — the wife of her father’s brother — the Form One student requested the relative to escort her back home, fearing “being s.e.xually abused by the said-officer, whom she had encountered on her way”.

In an interview with K24 Digital, the girl’s aunt, said: “She (niece) told me: ‘aunty, kindly escort me home’. I asked her: ‘why can’t you go alone?’, and she responded: ‘There is a male police officer who squeezed my breasts when I was coming here.

I lied to him that I had been sent to the shop, and that I would join him on my way back. I fear he would defile me. Kindly escort me home’.

“I agreed to accompany her home. On the way, the said-police officer chased us with a whip. When I screamed, he ran away,” added the girl’s aunt, whom we can’t publish her identity for ethical reasons.

K24 Digital was informed that it was the second time the suspect was preying on the same minor.

“The first time, he caressed her on her way to a nearby posho mill,” said the girl’s father, adding: “I want the government to crack the whip on the randy police officer.”

Another resident claimed earlier Thursday, he and his neighbours caught the law enforcement agent s.e.xually abusing another minor.

“I was on my way from Kakamega Town, when I saw the police officer caressing a teenage girl. I, in the company of several women, ran after him. When we finally caught him at the police station, the police boss protected him. On Wednesday (May 20), he fondled my brother’s underage daughter,” said the resident.

A female resident told K24 Digital: “We want him kicked out of our neighbourhood, it is not the first time he is preying on underage girls.”

Man arrested for defiling Rivers 10-year-old girl in Rivers

A middle-aged man identified simply as Nanso has been arrested by the police in Rivers State for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old girl.

The incident happened on Ekwulobia Street, Mile 3, Diobu, Port Harcourt on Wednesday, but the suspect was handed over to the police on Friday.

According to Ben, the suspect was caught by a neighbour while having carnal knowledge of the girl.

Ben said, “The suspect claimed it was not done by force and that the girl consented to it. He also claimed he only robbed ‘it’ (his manhood) on the surface of the girl’s private parts and did not penetrate. He claimed he asked the girl to close her laps.’’

I’ve not remarried, Mercy Aigbe still part of me –Lanre Gentry

Some days ago, it was reported on some blogs that Lanre Gentry, the estranged husband of actress and businesswoman, Mercy Aigbe, had married another woman simply identified as @fab_mrsgentry after he shared her picture on social media.

However, in an interview with Saturday Beats, Gentry clarified that the woman in question was his brother’s wife and not his new lover as many had assumed.

He said, “Who said that I have a new wife? A lot of people just make assumptions based on my Instagram posts.

The lady that I referred to as my wife is my younger brother’s wife. She lives in London with her family. I called her my wife because she’s my brother’s wife. People didn’t read my post very well. I wouldn’t tell my supposed wife to greet her family.

“I don’t know why some Nigerians are quick to jump to conclusions when they see innocent and harmless posts online.

Mercy Aigbe knows the lady I celebrated very well. This is not the first time that people have speculated that I’ve married another woman based on social media posts. It seems a lot of people are just obsessed with marriage for me. I’m a Yoruba man and if I want to marry another wife, I would do that.”

Gentry also claimed that he still has a good relationship with Aigbe. He added, “Me and Mercy are not fighting.

If I want to see her, I would call her and if she needs anything, she also calls me. We have a good rapport. God has the final say over our relationship and He knows how it would turn out in the future. I take care of my children.

I can’t speak for other fathers but I carry out my responsibilities as a man. I still see Mercy as a part of me. It’s only a mentally unstable man that would leave a woman with children to go and fend for herself. I pay my children’s school fees diligently and I thank God that their mother is also taking good care of them. It’s not easy for a woman to work and also take care of the children.”

Three things you can do to make your P.E.N.I.S look BIGGER according to the British health service

From p.e.n.i.s extenders to pills claiming to increase the girth of manhood, there are a multitude of things being sold.

Many men worry about their p.e.n.i.s being too small, but research shows that most are normal and they don’t need to worry.

Regardless, their p.e.n.i.s size is something most guys have probably thought about at some point.

But face it, going under the knife to get a bigger p.e.n.i.s is a very extreme measure.

According to the NHS, there are three things you can do to make your p.e.n.i.s look bigger without surgery.

Professor Kevan Wylie, a s3xual medicine consultant, said: “Many men who worry about the size of their p3nis generally have overall body image issues.

He continued: “What happens is that they tend to focus their poor body image on their p3nis.

“Often, counselling can make a real difference to the patient by building self-esteem, correcting distorted views about body image and learning more about what makes people attractive.”

The NHS recommends three things that can help your manhood appear larger. They are:

• Trim your pubic hair – a big bush can make your p3nis look smaller than it is

• Lose weight – a beer belly hanging over your p3nis can make it look smaller

• Get fit – getting into shape will make you feel more attractive, and could improve your s.e.x life

UK returnees protest to leave hotel as mandatory 14 days elapse, security men calls for reinforcement

Tempers rose Saturday morning as agitated returnees from the UK housed in the isolation center gather in front of the hotel to protest the continued delay in their covid-19 test result.

The test were administered on the returnees last Tuesday.

As early as 7:30 am Saturday morning, returnees began to gather in their numbers, insisting that they had spent the mandatory 14 days in isolation.

As tempers rose, and for fear of the security personnel being overwhelmed, a reinforcement of security personnel was called for.

It took the intervention of a senior police officer to calm the frayed nerves of the angry returnees.

Addressing the group, DCP Basil, who is responsible for the security coordination, admonished the group to remain calm .

He subsequently put a call through to the NCDC team who assured him of their arrival “soon”.

DCP Basil, who put the call to the NCDC on speaker, said it was for all to hear the conversation themselves, The Nation reports.

“The police have commenced an investigation into the matter with a view to unraveling the circumstances surrounding the case,” Onovwakpoyeya said.

A brother to the deceased, Mr Henry Iwebunor, who spoke to newsmen, alleged that his brother was stabbed to death by the wife while asleep.

“On the fateful day, my brother had gone to bed with his wife, however, I was surprised to get a call that my brother has died in the night.

“When I asked his wife what went wrong, she told me that my brother suddenly woke up at midnight and hit his head on the edge of their iron bed and slumped.

“However, there is evidence that my brother was stabbed to death because there is a stab wound between his shoulders and the left side of his neck.

“Before this incident, the wife has been at loggerhead with my brother over his refusal to write his will.

“She has been forcing my brother to write his will, a development that had caused so much quarrel in the family,” Iwebunor alleged.
