Massachusetts woman who caught her husband having sex with his mother SPEAKS AGAIN

A Massachusetts woman who allegedly walked in on her husband while he was having s.e.x with his mother on their couch says she always suspected an incestuous relationship was going on.

Cheryl Lavoie, 63, and her son, Tony L. Lavoie, 43, confessed to having s3xual relations with each other in their home on May 20, according to authorities.

Tony allegedly told cops 'it just happened' and insisted it was the first time he had s3x with his mom.

Tony’s wife, Lori Lavoie, told police that she ‘always had suspicions of the two of them having an intimate relationship.'

On her Facebook page, Lori Lavoie indicated that she was separated from her husband - even though all three of them were living under the same roof.

Lori told police that she had long wanted her mother-in-law to move out of the residence.

Cheryl reportedly said they had grown closer in recent months and started having s3x when they began kissing.

The mother and son were living together in the same house at the time of the alleged encounter.

Police were called to reports of a disturbance at the property on May 20 and arrived on the scene to be met by the cousin of Tony's wife.

The cousin told officers Tony's wife had called her after she had walked in on her husband and his mom having sex in the property, police said.

Both Tony and Cheryl allegedly admitted to the officer separately that they had consensual sexual relations with each other and told them it was the first time it happened.

When the officer asked the Lavoies why it had happened, Tony allegedly said: 'I don't know. It just happened.'

The 43-year-old then said he wanted treatment for it, according to police.

Lori told police ‘that she walked in on her husband Tony Lavoie having sex with his mother Cheryl Lavoie in the living room.’

After witnessing the alleged encounter, she told police: ‘I walked into my room and closed the door.’

The mother and son duo were charged with incest - a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

They made their first court appearance last Thursday where they both pleaded not guilty.

Devout Shiite Muslims are left covered in blood as they whip and cut themselves as part of religious rite

Devout Shiite pilgrims were left covered in blood as they struck themselves with swords and chains during the mourning procession to mark the day of Ashura in the holy city of Najaf.

Ashura, on the 10th day of the mourning month of Muharram, commemorates the killing of the Prophet Mohammed's grandson Hussein at the Battle of Karbala in 680 AD - the defining moment of Islam's confessional schism.

Typically, millions of Shiites from around the world flock to the golden-domed shrine where Hussein's remains are buried, to pray and cry, shoulder-to-shoulder. But with coronavirus numbers spiking across the globe, this year's commemoration is subdued.

Some followers took part in a self-flagellation ritual used duringk the public processions, with small groups of the mourners covered in blood in the city of Najaf. And thousands of tearful pilgrims wearing gloves and face masks flooded Iraq's  holy city of Karbala.

Small clusters of pilgrims gathered in the vast courtyards outside the main mosque in Karbala, wearing the customary mourning colour of black and the new addition of medical masks and gloves.

Wading through the crowds were teams of shrine employees spraying disinfectant mist through long, thin hoses or distributing masks to any bare-faced visitor.

To be allowed into the shrine, people must first have their temperatures taken at grey gates that resemble metal detectors.

Inside, signs on the carpet floor indicate the proper distance that should be kept between worshippers as they pray.

BBNaija: Why I wanted a relationship with Prince – Tolanibaj

BBNaija housemate, Tolanibaj has given reasons she entered into a relationship with Prince in the house.

Tolanbaj and Prince were couples but ended their relationship last week.

Tolanibaj had complained severally about Prince not openly showing his feelings for her.

Last week she said she was not happy being with him and ended the relationship.

However, speaking to Ebuka on Monday, Tolanibaj said she chose Prince because no one was claiming him and the house was cold.

According to her, she liked the idea of a companionship and she needed to cuddle.

”I noticed Neo before Prince but Neo was loud and I like my guys reserved, so I went for Prince because although I saw him with several girls, no one was claiming him.

”Also the house was cold so I thought it would be nice to cuddle. I was not happy with Prince. I just like the idea of a companion in the house and someone I could cuddle with.

”I don’t have any regrets but I do not know if he felt the same way. At the end of the day if it works fine, he will be out eventually and we will live our lives,” she said.

Attackers storm school in DR Congo, disrupt exams and then r.a.p.e female students

Militia attacks in DR Congo’s volatile east disrupted the start of school final exams on Monday with hundreds of students fleeing violence and some girls r.a.p.e.d by the attackers, officials said.

The school-leaving exams had already been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and began on Monday.

In Sud-Kivu province, about 700 students and their teachers fled after fighting near an exam centre in Haut Uele, near the border with South Sudan, Nyange Saluba, an official with a civil society group said.

Saluba said the attack was staged by the Banyamulenge militia -- a group of Congolese Tutsis that has been waging war for several months.

“We have chased them away,” Captain Dieudonne Kasereka, the local army spokesman told AFP, adding that the attackers wanted to “sabotage the exams.”

Several hundred kilometres (miles) further north, a group of armed men staged an overnight attack on a centre housing 32 students at Isiro, the main city of the Haut-Uele province.

The 16 boys and 16 girls “had been gathered here to sit for the exam,” local priest Georges Semende told AFP.

“These bandits raped the girls,” he said.

The local governor’s spokesman, Felicien Nangana, confirmed one rape.

“Despite this trauma, they agreed to take the exam,” the priest said, adding that the authorities had launched an investigation.

On Thursday, armed men attacked an examination centre, killing two primary students and wounding two others.

The coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the school calendar in the country, where over half of the over 80 million population is aged under 20.

Adult baby struggles to find work as employers don't like him wearing nappies [photos]

A male adult baby says he struggles to find a job as employers do not like him wearing nappies at work.

Damien Turner, 28, has been part of the adult baby diaper lover community (ABDL) for ten years and wears nappies all day.

The US nappy-lover, from West Virginia, said acting like a baby gives off a "very calm relaxing and safe vibe" but that his lifestyle has caused problems in his professional life.

Currently unemployed, he is constantly in and out of jobs and has been fired by previous employers for "being childish."

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Damien said: "Diapers are very convenient, comfortable, and cute. It’s a very nice lifestyle and I wouldn’t want to do anything else.

"Dressing and acting like a baby gives off a very calm, relaxing, safe vibe. It’s almost as if you were back in preschool without a worry in the world.

"Employment is hard. I'm constantly in and out of jobs. Sometimes my employers find my pictures online or just can't put up with the fact I'm wearing a diaper and acting childish in the workplace."

Damien never hides his lifestyle choice but has lost friends and is often teased outside of work.

He has since been welcomed into the ABDL community who have helped him feel at home.

He said : "I've lost a few childhood best friends. I do still have a few good friends that all know about it. I never hide it. If you are around me, it's just the norm."

The adult baby used to work in the catering industry as a service coordinator and is open about his lifestyle on social media.

He claims bosses felt uncomfortable by his actions and he is now forced to live off his savings after being fired.

Damien said: " I have enough saved up for a while but at the moment I’m currently putting in job applications. So we’ll see how that goes."

Since childhood, Damien has had a desire to wear nappies and has been wearing them since he was 16.

He initially told his parents, who support his lifestyle, that he had an incontinence problem and fully embraced the lifestyle during his teen years.

It has been prophesied Trump’ll win US election again– Dr Stella Immanuel

Dr Stella Immanuel, the controversial woman who took the world by storm in July when she claimed that Hydroxychloroquine is the potential cure for Coronavirus, has said it has been prophesied that President Donald Trump will win forthcoming US presidential poll.

Immanuel has been dubbed a die-hard fan of Trump, which was why her claims that antimalarial drug, hydroxychloroquine, zinc, and antibacterial drug, Zithromax, were effective cures for the coronavirus, were punctured.

The world moved against her as fake. She was branded as simply playing the Trump’s card, who had once touted hydroxychloroquine as cure for Coronavirus.

On Monday, Immanuel took to her twitter page to declare her support for Trump’s re-election.

Immanuel, who claimed to be a preacher and a pastor said plainly that Trump was going to win, saying she saw it and that it had been prophesied.

“Thinking to myself today. President Trump is going to win. I saw it and it has been prophesied.

“The loony left will need Xanax, Ativan or straight up haldol because they will lose their minds completely. Stock up on food, essentials and armo for storm before the calm,” she tweeted.

Arabic teacher, one other arrested for defiling girl, 15, in Ogun

Officers of Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 37-year-old Arabic teacher,  Ismaila Saheed and one Toliha Sabith, 20, for allegedly defiling a 15- year- old girl (name withheld).

The victim had reported at Redeemed Camp Police Station, Mowe, that Sabith forcefully had carnal knowledge of her on the 25th of August 2020.

She said she reported the incident to Saheed, her Arabic teacher, who then told her that she might have become pregnant as a result of the defilement.

She said the Arabic teacher subsequently offered to help her abort the pregnancy.

But she said instead of removing the imaginary pregnancy, the victim alleged that Saheed also used the opportunity to have carnal knowledge of her, after which he inserted a sharp object into her private part, an action which she said resulted in a serious injury to her.

Upon the report, the DPO Redeemed Camp division, SP Bala Yakubu, detailed his detectives to go after the two suspects and they were both apprehended on the 28th of August 2020.

According to the Police, the two suspects have confessed to the crime while the victim is currently undergoing medical treatment.

Meanwhile, Ogun Commissioner of Police, CP Edward A Ajogun, has directed that the two suspects who he described as ‘animals in human skin’ should be transferred to Anti- Human Trafficking and Child Labour Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation and prosecution.

The CP also appealed to parents to always be concerned about the well being of their children especially the female ones so as not to make them an easy prey for predators in human skin.

Kim Jong-un’s secretive older brother Kim Jong-chul who had 'warm heart of a girl'

Fresh speculation that Kim Jong-un could be in a coma has renewed the debate over who would take his place if he met an early demise.

The latest claim that the North Korean leader is in a coma has been dismissed, and state media has pictured him chairing a ruling party summit and surveying typhoon damage in recent days.

North Korea has never publicly stated who would follow Kim in the event that he is unable to rule, but Pyongyang watchers have once again tipped his sister, Kim Yo-jong, as his likely successor, although perhaps only temporarily.

There is one long shot, however - the siblings' elusive and only surviving brother, Kim Jong-chul, who plays a support role for his brother, and is probably best known for his love of Eric Clapton and his 2015 visit to London to see the Brit in concert.

Observers say Kim Jong-chul, who is 38 or 39, is not a viable option to take over the country which has been ruled by the Kim dynasty since it was founded after World War II.

Experts recently told the BBC that he has never appeared interested in politics or power, and at most he could be a symbolic link to the Kim family, and possibly be appointed to lead a foundation or read the odd speech.

His father, Kim Jong-il, overlooked him as a potential successor in 2009, and his older half-brother Kim Jong-nam fell out of favour when he was caught travelling on a fake passport (and was later assassinated with a VX nerve agent at Kuala Lumpur airport in Malaysia in February 2017.

Kim Jong-il's former personal sushi chef, who used the pseudonym Kenji Fujimoto, wrote a book in 2003, claiming the ruler saw his son Kim Jong-chul as "no good because he is like a little girl", while he considered Kim Jong-un to be a boy of "inner strength", the BBC reported.

The chef wrote that Kim Jong-chul "had the warm heart of a girl", the Washington Post once reported.

Younger brother Kim Jong-un, said to be 36 now, was chosen and groomed to become the reclusive regime's next supreme leader, taking over in December 2011 after his father's death.

Kim Jong-chul - the third of Kim Jong-il's five children - is said to be more interested in music than politics, which has been suggested based on his travels abroad, but it is also claimed he has his brother's respect.

It is said he was educated at an international school in Switzerland, like the current ruler, before returning to Pyongyang, where he studied at a military university and worked in the propaganda department.

His Japanese-Korean mother, Ko Yong-hui, who was born in Osaka, was reported to have been Kim Jong-il's favourite consort.

He is said to be a talented musician and he has flown around the world to watch Eric Clapton in concert - in Germany in 2006, Singapore in February 2011 and at London's Royal Albert Hall in May 2015.

In 2016, South Korea's spies claimed he had been shut out of power and was living under surveillance, the Nikkei Asian Review reported.

Thae Yong-ho, the former deputy ambassador of North Korea to London, was Kim Jong-chul's minder during the May 2015 trip to London.

After defecting to South Korea in 2016, he told Reuters he escorted the Kim brother around London and took him to two gigs for Clapton's 70th birthday celebration tour.

Thae said Kim was a polite young man who didn't reveal much about his life in Pyongyang or his older brother.

The defector, who disappeared from the embassy quarters in Gunnersbury, west London, with his family before resurfacing in Seoul weeks later, added: “He’s very free. But he’s only interested in guitars and music."

Video of Kim Jong-chul at the gig showed him wearing a leather jacket and wearing aviator sunglasses with an unknown woman by his side, believed at the time to have been his girlfriend.

ATBU: Court orders university to pay and reinstate 300L student who was expelled 7-years ago

The Court of Appeal sitting in Jos, Plateau State capital has ordered the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (ATBU) to reinstate and pay N1.1million damages to Victor Oboh Alom, a 300 Level student of Electrical and Electronics Engineering illegally expelled in 2013 over alleged examination malpractice.

Victor was said to have been accused by an invigilator of entering the examination hall with foreign materials and asked to fill a form to which he refused.

Consequently, the Plaintiff had filed a fundamental rights enforcement suit against the university at the Federal High Court in Bauchi challenging the university’s decision to expel him.

The presiding Judge, Justice Shittu Abubakar after scrutiny, had on May 17, 2018, voided and nullified the expulsion. And the defendant was ordered to pay N1, 000,000 as general damages.”

Justice Abubakar ordered that Victor be reinstated to continue his study with immediate effect.

But the management of ATBU had on June 1, 2018, challenged the ruling of the Federal High Court and approached the Appeal Court, Jos Division.

A three-man panel led by Justice Tani Yusuf Hassan of the Appeal Court, however, upheld the judgment passed by Justice Shittu Abubakar.

Also, the Appeal Court ordered ATBU to pay N100,000 in addition to N1,000,000 earlier ordered by the Federal High Court as damages, and reinstate him to further his education.

Reacting to his victory at the Appeal Court, the plaintiff said he would return to the school to further his education in engineering with immediate effect.

The presiding Judge, Justice Shittu Abubakar after scrutiny, had on May 17, 2018, voided and nullified the expulsion. And the defendant was ordered to pay N1, 000,000 as general damages.”

Narrating the circumstance that led to his expulsion, Victor said “Just within 3 minutes after the commencement of an examination, an invigilator accused me of malpractice and asked me to fill a form in that regard which I declined”

He added that after an investigation by the Examination Misconduct Committee of the School of Engineering, he was not found guilty of examination malpractice.

Separated twins get N1m for upkeep

Bayelsa State Deputy Governor Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo has donated N1 million for the upkeep of Grace and Mercy Ayebaiyeni, the conjoined twins separated and brought home at the weekend.

Ewhrudjakpo, receiving them at the state’s airport yesterday, said it was his contribution to their upkeep pending a reception by Governor Douye Diri.

He said Grace and Mercy were the first to be successfully separated in Southsouth.

Ewhrudjakpo promised to cater for the upkeep and total education of Mercy, who shares a name with his mother and wife.

Chief Medical Director of Federal Medical Centre (FMC)at Yenagoa Dr Dennis Alagoa said the surgery was performed at FMC at Yola in Adamawa State.

He said paediatric surgeons and health experts from both centres collaborated to achieve the feat, while Nigerian Air Force provided logistics for travel.

“Grace and Mercy were delivered through Caesarean Section on December 12, 2019, at the General Hospital, Nembe, Bayelsa, and subsequently referred to us at the FMC in Yenagoa. The twins were successfully separated on August 10, 2020.

“They were cared for at the Special Baby Care Unit and they were joined at the stomach in the liver. We evaluated the situation and in the best interest of the babies opted to collaborate with FMC Yola where a successful surgery was conducted. Our surgeons and the lead surgeon at FMC in Yola carried out the task.

“…surgery lasted for less than three hours and recovery was fast and smooth. By the next day, they were already eating.

“We hail the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, for his intervention by providing the aircraft and logistics for medical evacuation of the babies, their parents and medical team.

“…surgery running into several millions was done free, in addition to the welfare of everyone involved in the process.”

The twins shared one liver before they were separated, lead surgeon Prof. Auwal Mohammed Abubakar said.

Abubakar, chief medical director of FMC at Yola, said Grace and Mercy did not share any other organ besides liver. He said the nature of their joining made surgery easier, with the lesser time of three hours.

Prof. Abubakar has separated five conjoined twins – two at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital and three at Federal Medical Centre in Yola.

The children’s mother, Ayebaekipreye Ebinyefa, thanked the hospitals for the surgery.

According to her, the successful operation saved her from being ridiculed and tagged a witch.

“While the operation lasted, I was scared and praying for its success. Before we went for the operation in Yola, I received insults and was tagged a witch. Some said the children came out conjoined because of my stubbornness and witchcraft.

“While the operation was on, I prayed fervently because I could not receive such wicked names and lose the children. I had faith in God and told Him to take control. I appreciate our benefactor, Gabriel Jonah. He was the God-sent used to save me from death because without his intervention during delivery, we would have been killed.

“He took us from Nembe to Yenagoa and eventually connected everyone involved with this surgery. In the last eight months, he has fed us and taken care of us…”

LaLiga backs Barca, says Messi's Barcelona contract still valid

The 700m euros (£624m) release clause in Lionel Messi’s Barcelona contract is still valid, La Liga has said.

Messi, 33, informed the club on Tuesday that he wished to leave and did not attend a pre-season medical on Sunday.

The Argentina forward plans to invoke a clause that would allow him to depart the club for free but Barcelona argue the deadline for that has expired.

“In compliance with the applicable rule, La Liga will not approve a request to be de-registered as a player with the Spanish football federation, unless the amount in the release clause has been paid,” the body said in a statement.

Messi was due at Barcelona’s training ground at 10.15am local time on Sunday but did not attend. The player’s lawyers plan to exercise a clause in his four-year contract, signed in 2017, which would have allowed him to leave the club for free if he had requested to do so by 10 June.

They will argue that date, nominally the end of the season, is now irrelevant after the coronavirus delays that led to the season’s extension and the team playing deep into August.
