Dog rips off man's p.e.n.i.s as he chats with neighbour
The handyman, who has been identified only as Neily, was rushed to hospital after the horrifying attack in the Stony Hill neighbourhood of St Andrew Parish in Jamaica.
He was talking to a woman at her gate before the hound set upon him on Saturday, December 12.
Speaking in his local dialect, Neily told The Weekend Star: “The dog bite me pan…him push him mouth through the grille, because mi deh close and bite me pan.”
The victim was left moaning in agony after the attack and was treated at the Stony Hill clinic.
He added: “The nurse dem look after it and kill the pain and everything. Dem kill out the disease. Mi nah go near dem dog deh again yah man.”
The dogs are reportedly known to attack callers at the home, but have never chomped on genitals before.
Using the same dialect, a neighbour told the paper: “A some aggressive dogs dem, enuh. Dem will attack people from you go close to the premises. But a di first time we a hear dem bite off piece of penis. Glad di dog never tek off everything still.”
Neily told The Star that he would not be seeking to prosecute the dogs’ owners as they took him to get medical attention and ensured that he was taken care of.
The Stony Hill police said they are aware of the incident.

According to the organizer Darey Art Alade, the rise in COVID-19 cases in the country is the main reason why the show had to be postponed indefinitely.

All abducted students alive in Zamfara forest- Governor Masari
Masari, who made this remark in an interview with the BBC Hausa Service, said, “They (kidnapped schoolboys) are in Zamfara forests, we have got the information.”
Also speaking during an interview with Channels Television, the governor said efforts were on to ensure that the students returned home safely, adding that discussions were on with the suspected abductors through Miyetti Allah, to ensure the students’ release.
He denied the claim by Boko Haram that it was behind the abduction, insisting local bandits roaming Katsina and Zamfara forests were responsible for it (the abduction).
He said, “It is not true that two students died. I was in school on Saturday and interacted with some of the students who escaped. They did not say any student died.
“I also interacted with the two students who also escaped later; they did not tell me any of the abducted students died or were killed. The news of the death was speculative. The number of students we have yet to account for is 334, although some students have gone to their parents directly.
“We are discussing through the leadership of MACABAN, Miyetti Allah, with those suspected to have carried out the abduction, and I had a meeting with the Commissioner of Police and heads of security agencies two or three hours ago.”
The governor pointed out that his administration would not pay ransom for the release of the students.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex giggled about having “podcast voices” and even hummed Christmas songs during the heavily scripted three-minute trailer that Piers thought was a joke.
Slamming the pair's new venture in the Daily Mail, he wrote: "As with everything the Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem to do these days, their new commercial venture appears to be driven by large dollops of narcissism, hypocrisy and greed."
The Archewell Audio podcast, which begins later this month, is the pair’s latest lucrative deal since they split from the Royal Family and vowed to become financially independent.

NCDC confirms 758 new cases, total now 74,132
The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.
“On the 15th of December 2020, 758 new confirmed cases and 3 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
“Till date, 74,132 cases have been confirmed, 66,494 cases have been discharged and 1,200 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
“The 758 new cases are reported from 19 states- FCT (305), Lagos (152), Kaduna (103), Bauchi (44), Gombe (35), Plateau (31), Rivers (17), Sokoto (15), Kwara (13), Kano (9), Ebonyi (8), Ogun (5), Osun (5), Oyo (4), Edo (4), Anambra (4), Bayelsa (2), Ekiti (1), and Taraba (1),” the NCDC said.

Meet the family who only wear red and white - and live in a red and white house [photos]
So, when he was 18 he swore he would only wear white and red clothes until the day he dies - and the obsession is grown.
As well as dressing in the colours, Sevenraj, 58, from Bengaluru in Karnataka, only owns red and white things and drives a red and white car.
His whole house follows the colour-scheme, filled with red and white tables, armchairs, home appliances, bowls and plates and even a colourful toilet seat.
And the estate agent's family are also involved, and his wife Puspha accepted her husband’s drill when she married him 25 years ago.
The couple's two children, son Bharatraj and daughter Maneesha, also wear red and white colours.
He said: “I always wanted to be unique and living with these colours make me a unique person in the world.
“I was 18 and a big fan of Gandhi—his loincloth and glasses was his identity. Just like him, I wanted to be the unique person in the world.
“At first, people laughed at me and thought I am a fool but I swore I will red and white clothes till my death.
“I have more than 30 ties, 15 coats, 30 shirts, 25 trousers all in red and white colour. I wear a new shirt every day but people think I am wearing same clothes.
“Today, the world is talking about me, and I am proud of that.”
Sevenraj, who was named after the number Seven by his artist father for being the seventh child, also has an obsession with that digit.
His car’s number plate has the number seven. He has embroidered a crown symbol and number seven on all his suits and shirts and his blazers have seven buttons and seven pockets.
The number seven is stitched into the headrest on his car, and proudly displayed on the lapels of his red and white blazer.
‘I believe this number is lucky for me,” Severraj said.
He even speaks seven languages, including Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and his own mother tongue Malayalam.
Sevenraj comes from a family that believed in wearing plain white clothes but at the age of 18, he added a red tie to his attire.

According to the annual list, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star topped the list of highest paid celebrities with a whooping $590 million earned last year.
The makeup mogul’s earnings were followed by her brother-in-law Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian’s husband netted $170 million this year.
According to Forbes, Kylie Jenner received bulk of the earnings from the sale of 51 percent of her Kylie Cosmetics company to the publicly-trade Coty.
The list shows that world’s highest-paid celebrities earned a combined $6.1 billion before taxes and fees, a $200 million drop from 2019 due to coronavirus pandemic.
Other stars who made it to the list included Roger Federer with $106m, Cristiano Ronaldo $105m (£780m) and Lionel Messi $104m.
