The fight was over a Kardashian Beauty line with Haven, according to TMZ.
In court documents seen by the site it was stated that a 'three judge panel completely rejected Hillair's claims and ordered the company to pay Kim and co. nearly $7.4 mil. It also has to fork over another $3.2 mil in interest.'
The lawyers for the Kardashian sisters have told the site there is fear Hillair won't pay. They want to get the $10m award fee locked in but feel a fight will ensue.
The reality TV sisters were originally sued in 2016 for breach of contract, after allegedly failing to promote their collective makeup brand.
The company had said the Keeping Up With The Kardashian stars did not fulfill their end of the licensing deal.
It was added that Hillair had invested $10 in the Kardashian line and they did not go through with their deal.
The Kardashians hit back, claiming that Hillair was the one who breached the deal.
In a May 2016 court filing, the Kardashian team claimed: '[Hillair] is likely to be held liable for hundreds of millions of dollars in damages to the Kardashians.'
At the time, the reality stars asked for $200m from Hillair Capital Management LLC and its Cayman Island affiliate whom they claimed 'used false promises to take over management and control' of the company that markets their Kardashian Beauty cosmetics line.
