BREAKING: INEC Suspends Elections In Rivers As Soldiers Become Openly Partisan

The APC is not on the ballot in Rivers State, but reports from the state alleged that APC and Soldiers are in-charge of the election and writing results are they like, with fear and tension everywhere.

Consequently, the Independent National Electoral Commission has suspended the electoral processes in the state as a result of violence. INEC announced this in a statement issued on Sunday afternoon.
