The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Zubairu Muazu mni, has appointed DSP Bala Elkana as the new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Lagos State.
The new PPRO, who took over from CSP Chike Oti on Monday, enlisted into the Nigeria Police in 2003. He holds a Bachelors degree in Law (LLB), Master’s Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
He had served in different commands and held various positions. We wish him well on his new beat.
