The Nigerian Army has declared a former deputy national publicity secretary of APC, Comrade Timi Frank and Buba Galadima as faces of 'disgruntled Nigerians spreading fake news'. They released their photos with the caption on their twitter handle asking Nigerians not to either spread nor retweet their false information.
