Photos: Young Man Caught Stealing Panties In Anambra Stripped & Paraded

A young man has been stripped and paraded after he was caught stealing female underwear in Anambra State. The man simply identified as Umeh Ifeanyi from Awalasi Uga was caught with the items around Ezinifite area.

He was then stripped and beaten by youths in the community.
