The master bedroom of the abode includes a walk-in closet, a lounging section with a fireplace, and a terrace over the home's pool and backyard.
The home's sunken living room includes a fireplace and leads to a patio, and the kitchen includes wooded cabinets, an island and stainless steel appliances.
The purchase comes about a month after reps for the Grammy-winner confirmed her separation from Konecki, a 45-year-old businessman who she tied the knot with two years ago.
