The leggings-clad hiker was walking her dog and stopped for a moment to exchange a few friendly words with the ball player.
Odom watched her go before continuing with his hike.
The 6ft10in athlete's buddy seemed highly amused by the exchange, laughing as the pair continued down the hiking trail.
