Mum, 64, strikes a pose with daughter half her age - as they both get mistaken as sisters

Smiling at the camera and sharing a hug, both Angela and Arielle Paul look the very picture of glowing good health .

In Angela's case, this is particularly true. The author and life coach - originally from Yorkshire - is 64-years-old.

Showcasing her "timeless" bond with daughter Arielle with a gorgeous photo on Instagram , Angela wrote: "Mother/ daughter eternal, timeless love, joy and gratitude. I adore my lovely amazing daughter Arielle so very much and so proud of her."

Cue, huge amounts of disbelief, with large numbers of people incredulous at the fact that Angela, who now lives in L.A., has a 34-year-old daughter.

Luckily for us all, she shared some wisdom on ageing (or not) on her Facebook page , crediting dancing with helping to make her "feel alive and youthful and to feel sexy".

"The other thing is I really try not to think about the age number too much," she explains.

"It's all about getting on with life, and not getting old in your head first – that's what happens with a lot of people.

"They think about ageing too much, instead of actually just living their life.
