Justin Bieber posts throwback photos from his pre-teen days to wish his childhood friend a happy birthday

He's one of the most famous stars on the planet, but that doesn't mean his inner circle is made up only of celebrities.

And on Tuesday, Justin Bieber, 25, took to Instagram to wish his childhood friend Chaz a 'Happy Birthday.'

The recently-married singer shared a collage of throwback snaps of himself with his pal.

'Happy birthday chaz!! You are the funniest, kindest, coolest person I know and I’m better because your in my life. Excited for what the future holds,' he wrote.


The photos took his fans down memory lane, as almost all of the snaps looked to be from Justin's career beginnings as a pre-teen.
