Ellen simply responded: ‘See you tomorrow,’ before hosting the sweet couple on her show. Explaining that her mum has never been supportive, Kate said: ‘All of my siblings, they’re all absolutely phenomenal with me, my mum was really terrible.
I’ve been out for five years and she’s said everything you could think of under the sun. ‘But coming out and owning it and growing over the past five years has been the greatest gift.’
While she can’t be at the wedding, Ellen surprised the girls with their family and friends on the show, before Sarah took centre stage by proposing to Kate. Well, now we’re emotional.
