The Tottenham star, 23, said he let himself and his club down with the Snapchat videos, adding the content "wasn't funny", which he realised immediately and took down the clip.
In a video released on Chinese social media site Weibo, Alli said on Sunday: "Hi guys, it's Dele. Just wanted to apologise on my behalf for the video I posted on Snapchat yesterday.
"It wasn't funny and I realised that immediately and took it down. I let myself down and the club. I don't want you guys to have that impression of me because it wasn't funny.
"I realised that straight away and took it down. It isn't something which should be joked about. I'm sending all of my love, thoughts and prayers to everyone in China."
Alli uploaded a series of Snapchat videos from a lounge at Heathrow Airport on Thursday, where he was preparing to travel to Dubai for a holiday during the winter break.
The first clip showed the Spurs star wearing a mask over his face.
Alongside the video read the caption: "Corona whattt, please listen with volume."
What are believed to be Chinese accents could be heard in the background.
The England international then filmed an unsuspecting Asian man before zooming in on him.
Finally, Alli filmed a bottle of antiseptic handwash. He captioned this video: "This virus gunna have to be quicker than that to catch me."
The videos sparked outrage when they emerged on Saturday.
On Saturday night, Alli issued an apology and said: "I regret posting the video on my Snapchat and I immediately removed it when I realised that it may cause offence.
"This was never my intention at all. For anyone that was offended, I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies."
