Kano Governor appoints Special Adviser on Street Lights

Kano State Governor Abdullah Umar Ganduje has appointed a man -- the Special Adviser on Street Lights.

His appointment letter was sent to him on the 13th of February, 2020. The likes of Kate Henshaw have been discussing this on social media saying indeed ''nothing wey musa no go see for gate''.
