Tara Jayne McConachy, from Melbourne, Australia, is desperate for coronavirus travel restrictions to be lifted so she can fly out for more ops.
The 31-year-old has vowed to continue going under the knife to enhance and maintain her "plastic doll" appearance - with rib removal and eye colour change next on the cards.
Boasting a major Instagram following, Tara has also recently set up an OnlyFans account to fund further procedures, raking in over £5,000 in the first three days.+
She told the Daily Star: "I’ve had five breast augmentations – my most recent implant size is 1050cc, tip rhinoplasty, buttocks implants, veneers, botox and fillers.
"I don’t know the exact amount I’ve spent on surgery, but it’s easily in the vicinity of $100k."
The nurse often posts raunchy snaps on her Insta account, @tara_jayn3.
Tara was in Europe, having yet more surgery, when the coronavirus lockdowns began.
She continued: "I’m also exploring changing my eye colour to an even more vibrant green, plus fixing my eyelids with a canthoplasty, blepharoplasty and a brow lift.
"While I'm at it I'll probably be getting cheek implants, a mini facelift and I'm even looking into the possibility of having ribs removed for a more tapered waist."
Canthoplasty lifts and opens the outer section of the eye and blepharoplasty pulls up drooping eyelids.
She claims she made $10,000 (£5,496) in the first three days.
Without a doubt, Tara’s most shocking feature is her lips.
She said: "My lips are definitely my statement.
"I always make sure they’re nice and plump and get regular injections.
‘I’ve definitely lost count of how much product is in there!
"I’m finally happy with how they look so now it’s just all about maintenance."
Tara adds that she feels closer to 21 than 31.
She said: "I’m like a fine wine, I only get better with age.
"And, of course, surgery!"
