Anambra lawmaker, Patrick Obalim-Udoba , distributes cassava stem to his constituency

In his effort to ensure that the 2020 flood disaster that ravaged his constituents and destroyed all  crops did not affect his people, Anambra lawmaker, Patrick Obalim-Udoba, has distributed Cassava stem to his Constituency. 

The distribution took place at Umueze Anam, in Anambra.
