Hushpuppi, husband killer, Maryam Sanda make Google's list of most searched Nigerians of 2020

Google has released the list of the top 10 people Nigerians searched for in 2020.

Under the list are popular musicians such as Rema, Naira Marley, Omah Lay and winner of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown Season 5, Laycon.

Number one on the list is America President-elect Joe Biden,  followed by Rema and Naira Marley.

Kannywood Hausa film star Rahama Sadau is at number 4.

Rahama Sadau trended in November 2020 after she shared some photos some people said was against her religion. 

At number 4 is Hushpuppi who was arrested by FBI in Dubai months ago. He is presently at a US jail.

Maryam Sanda, the woman accused of killing her husband in 2017, is also on the list.

According to Google, Maryam Sanda is the ninth highest-ranked person on the internet for Nigeria this year.
